I don't know if anyone is interested in this but I create a coconut "Jogurt" recipe
1 Liter
220 ml coconut milk
780 ml water
1 splash of lemon juice
55 grams of starch
Just prepare everything like normal pudding
And you have 1 liter coconut "Jogurt" dir me this lasts one week

I'm in love with pain.
I know it's weird, I know I could eat healthy but damn girls.
I love hungerpains.
I know I have weird ways to feel my self, weird ways to feel alive but when I feel that I'm not endless I know I'm alive now, I can enjoy the moment I enjoy the pain of my body when it is not getting what it wants. I feel controlled, I feel free and in peace by and with myself.
When I'm on a diet my depressions are gone, I feel good. I'm productive. I'm working. I do everything I need to do.
I don't know if you get what I'm trying to say but I just wanna share this with you maybe you are not alone with the same thoughts I have.

My actual diet is very interesting.
I count everything but veggies, fruit and legumes. I'm vegan. I think it's cool.
My calorie goal for everything else is very low at 400-500 calories I think.
My activity level is 60-90 minutes per day. So I hope I lose enough in the next 3 weeks to finally celebrate my self again.
