Tucking the notebook back into her bag, she stood and walked over to him with a small, sad smile. “That’d. . be really nice. Do you know how to make profiteroles? They were his favourites.”

“Why don’t you print me out a recipe, and I’ll make sure it’s right?” He asked, smiling at her.

With a slight sniffle, she lunged at him, wrapping her arms around his waist and burying her face into his shirt. Her voice was muffled by the fabric, but a faint “Thank you.” could be heard.

Amane looked down, her head being pulled along with Ishizu’s movements. “Wait, what? How. How did we… .this doesn’t even make sense!”

“Let’s try and find a mirror.” They stood up, looking around.

Balance was an issue when you were significantly taller than normal and sporting an extra set of arms, but somehow they made due, and they slowly made their way down to the nearest bathroom, opening the door and rushing straight to a mirror.
