I vividly remember someone saying they had bought my Outer Wilds fanbook as a birthday present for their friend, and that both of them had sent kind messages to my ask back in August 2023.

Today I'd love to thank them again. I often include an extra drawing when answering asks, and the one I made back then has now become one of the art cards Fangamer Japan includes with orders of official merchandise.

At the time, months had passed since I finished my fanbook, and I thought I had done all I could and might never draw anything detailed again. But when I read the asks, I just felt I wanted to show them something new and draw a piece.

I've been still drawing, and the very piece that rebooted me has gotten the honor of becoming an art card. So I'd just like to tell them that they definitely changed the future a little bit, and I'm very grateful for that!

I'm sorry it took me so long to send a message, but I wanted to let you know that your book is amazing! I love the way the cover was done. The art and story was fantastic as well! I went through a lot of emotions while reading it. I'm so glad to have it on my shelf!

I'm also sorry for not answering you for so long! I may surprise you with my sudden answer.

I am very happy that you like my fanbook. I drew it while thinking of the clear, cold night sky of winter.

I'm sorry for making you wait over a month for an answer! I've been extremely busy lately, but I'm back now that I have time to draw. You gave me the energy to beat annoying tasks and get back to drawing.

You have no idea how much your comment means to me! It definitely saved me, cheered me up, and gave me energy to create more. Thank you so much for giving me a treasure to keep in my head until the end of the universe.

It took me a year to create that comic. So I'll be happy if you remember that comic after a year and read it again.
