⮚ A valid Photocopy of Class 10 or equivalent certificate for DOB proof for enrollment.

⮚ A mandatory Photocopy of mark sheets of Class 10, Class 12, or graduation to be submitted for required admission.

⮚ Valid ID proof with photograph issued by the government. It also required residential proof for the joining process.

⮚ If the person is disabled, a valid Photocopy of disability certificate/ employment certificate/ service proof in case of Defence or paramilitary forces if in cases it is applicable.

⮚ In case of result awaited, reappear, backlog, or any other pendency an Undertaking is required.

⮚ The student also has to submit Two passport-size colored photographs. This must be part of the one attached to the application form.

⮚ The DD of the mentioned amount of the prescribed in prospectus is subjected to pay the application fee.
