Old pics (right is still more recent the the last post here though) but I had relatively recently posted this to r/nattyornot and r/progresspics with a title noting this was 165-200 lbs in 10 months.
R/nattyornot:
A bit hard to tell what people thought through the sarcasm but my best guess is about 60/40 natty vs juiced. Did receive a lot of positive feedback regarding the impressiveness of their bulk so that was nice. Still got downvoted to the negatives (about 33% up votes) so IDK.
The funniest thing though was the top voted comment was an obvious put down, calling me out as someone who's been on juice for 10 months but that I still just look like someone who works out... Like what does that even mean? That sub cracks me up. It's also confusing as some use natty as an insult and others use natty as a compliment.
Unfortunately I fed the troll (I know my bad). But I ended up destroying him, as evidenced by the fact that he had to resort to lying about me deleting comments to save face. Pathetic. Dude was obviously suffering from NPD.
R/progresspics:
Ended up with around positive 60 votes, with the up vote percentage around 95%. Only a few comments, one respectfully asking if I'm natty (lol), a couple offering compliments and a few DMs 😏. Felt night and day vs. r/nattyornot and way less toxic of a community.
Anyways, I'm still on my grind. Was in maintenance for 4 months (Oct -Feb) and then been cutting slowly since the start of March. Have lost about 5 lbs of body fat, with no LBM loss so far🤞. Probably need another 5 lbs to go before I'm happy. Will provide an update pic once I'm satisfied with the shred.
Once that's done, I'm moving on to my next bulk up to a goal of 240 lbs. It's a lofty goal, but no point aiming low.

Late update. Finished the bulk and hit my goal of 200 lbs right at my estimated time of mid October. Currently in maintenance/recomp, transitioning to a small cut.
Thinking my next bulk goal will be 220lbs 👌. Estimating I'll start that in February.
Results of my bulk below. Pretty surprised at the LBM to Fat gain ratio. These values are estimates as body composition measurement is inherently inaccurate so I plan on confirming these numbers once I'm shredded again.
If my tracking was at all accurate, then I should be able to get to a crazy shredded condition without going below 190lbs 🤞. We'll see.
7 months - 34.4 lbs. Gain (1.075 lbs/week)
Est. 30.43lbs Lean Mass (0.95 lbs/week)
Est. 3.97 lbs Fat Mass (0.124lbs/week)
LBM:Fat Ratio - 7.67:1 🤯
