Been awhile
So it’s been awhile I know. But I want to get back on and post more often. I feel posting helps me process a lot of things, especially during life now. A big stresser right now for me has been food issues. I feel like I am out of control lately. I am eating like crap, over eating junk, and so many episodes of night time binges. I can’t keep track of all my episodes. I binge at night-wake up in middle of the night. I have tried many apps- lose it app, these habit trackers, weight watchers but nothing is working. Unless I’m not letting them work. I get frustrated give up gain weight, don’t track food and I love my therapist but food issues aren’t her main speciality so don’t know if she knows how to help me. She tries but it’s me too. A lot is psychological, emotional eating and stress eating. I need to deal with those issues if I want to loose weight but I don’t know what to do. Uggh. Well I will post later. I have to go take a client somewhere. His appt ended and is ready.

Been awhile..update
Been so long since I’ve been on Tumblr. I just got away from it for awhile. I’ve had two deaths over the summer almost back to back- my Grandma and my Aunt. My aunt was sick with pancreatic cancer so we all knew it was coming. Everyone was so surprised she lasted the four years since being diagnosed.. but still sad. My Grandma was 89 with no quality of life left so it was her time. She was in a nursing home and lost her sight. Basically the only thing she did was listen to her favorite shows.
I’m struggling with weight issues. I don’t even recognize myself and my disordered eating. My night time binge eating and mindless snacking/binging is out of control and I have only managed to keep nine pounds off since February. I’m just sabotaging myself and don’t know how to stop! Well I might have to end this post here.. work calls! I’ll try to post more often!

This is exactly how I feel now! I lost about five pounds since February.. not much I know as it’s so hard for me to loose weight and then along comes Easter and I put on two and a half pounds! Uggh! On a positive note, I guess still down 2.5 pounds🤷🏿‍♀️
