May 1st, 2024 I decided I was going to take better care of my nails. A little over a month later and this is where we are.
I don’t use many products and I’m very careful of what I do so that they don’t break.

Do you know what your Feminine archetype is? Mine is The Sage.
✨
Feminine archetypes are symbolic representations of the diverse aspects of womanhood, embodying traits, energies, and roles that resonate across cultures and time. From the nurturing Mother to the independent Warrior, these archetypes offer insight into the complexity and depth of feminine identity, guiding us on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
✨
The Sage archetype represents wisdom, knowledge, and insight. In various cultures and mythologies, the Sage is often depicted as a wise elder, philosopher, or mentor figure who possesses profound understanding and enlightenment. This archetype is characterized by a deep connection to intuition, a thirst for learning, and the ability to distill complex ideas into simple truths.
The Sage archetype encourages individuals to seek understanding and enlightenment through introspection, study, and life experience. Sages are often portrayed as contemplative thinkers who value solitude and reflection, as these practices allow them to access deeper levels of insight and wisdom.
In addition to their intellectual pursuits, Sages are known for their compassion, empathy, and willingness to share their knowledge with others. They serve as mentors and guides, offering advice, perspective, and encouragement to those who seek their wisdom.
The Sage archetype reminds us of the importance of lifelong learning and personal growth. By embracing this archetype, individuals can cultivate their intellect, intuition, and spiritual awareness, ultimately leading to greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of the world around them.
✨
Oddly enough, The Sage is everything I’ve been running from. 😩

🗣️ DON’T neglect your feet in your skincare routine.
Regular pedicures- whether you DIY or go to a salon, have a routine. Pedicures are important for foot health as they help maintain cleanliness, prevent nail issues, and address dry skin. And of course SELF CARE!
Exfoliate in shower- Have a nail brush and exfoliator to clean nails and remove dry skin on your feet. Yes, do this between pedicures as it keeps your feet soft and extends the life of your pedi.
Keep your feet dry- Allowing excess water to stay on your feet for prolonged periods can lead, to issues like fungal infections and bacterial growth. DRY YOUR FEET!
Moisturize properly - Moisturizing your feet is crucial to prevent dryness, cracking, and discomfort. It helps maintain skin elasticity, prevents conditions like calluses, and contributes to overall foot health. Choose your oil, body butter, and/or lotion accordingly
Wear proper fitting shoes- I know we wear certain shoes for the sake of fashion, but don’t mess your feet up trying to be cute. Wearing properly fitting shoes is essential to prevent foot problems such as blisters, bunions, and discomfort. It supports healthy foot development and reduces the risk of long-term issues like misalignments and pain.
Take care of your feet 👣

Hey my Big Feet Baddies! Y’all know what today is! Tuesday SHOESday 👠
This weeks shoe is an Amazon Find. Guess what?!? These go up to size 15! The Lishan store on Amazon has a variety of shoes, I had to follow them.
I’m a high heels kind of girl, but what other types of shoes would y’all like to see?

Hey Big Feet Baddies! Here’s this weeks shoe.
I love chunky platforms and found these on Amazon. They have a huge color selection. However, they only go up to size 12 and aren’t the widest shoe.
Before you comment, no I’m not trimming MY nails, that’s how I like them.
