I’ve been thinking..

I’m almost twenty years old, and although I feel like I’ve accomplished a lot, there is still a feeling of wanting to be and do more. I asked myself these questions:

What do I want to BE

What do I want to LEARN

What do I want to DO

What do I want to HAVE

What do I want to GIVE

Here are my answers that I will turn into short-term and long-term goals! 

I want to BE

1.     A good daughter/sister/wife/mother/friend

2.     A good Catholic

3.     A teacher

4.     A writer

5.     An artist

6.     A business owner

7.     A photographer

8.     A cook

9.     Bilingual

10. Successful

I want to LEARN

1.     To sew and knit

2.     Spanish

3.     American Sign Language

4.     About biotechnology

5.     All things agriculture

6.     To finance responsibly

7.     Mechanics

8.     To play guitar and piano

9.     Self-defense

10. To cook

I want to DO

1.     Have a family

2.     Create my dream home

3.     Write a book series

4.     Travel with someone I love

5.     Graduate with no debt

6.     Start a business

7.     Read the entire Bible

8.     Create a family cook book

9.     Make tons of DIYS

10. Start a hobby farm

I want to HAVE

1.     A big family

2.     A warm, beautiful, inviting home

3.     A steady teaching job

4.     A little hobby farm (horse, milking cow, chickens, pigs, sheep, goats)

5.     A successful FFA chapter

I want to GIVE

1.     My parents the retirement they dream of

2.     My future family the wife/mother they deserve

3.     My sister an absolutely beautiful wedding

4.     My time, effort, and knowledge to my future students

5.     All that I can in this life

In a few days I will post how I plan to reach all of these goals in the next 10 years (hopefully)!
