Assuming a healthy capitalistic system (competition works as it should) a further 2/6th move to the employees of which the goverment Takes 10-50% (numbers From my countrys) and 2/6ths to a recource supplying company (there is a propably Tax somewhere in there)

Which means that If the goverment hands Out 600 € to a Person it costs them 480-400€ in the short term it's Made Up for in the Long Term though

(assuming capitalism is working the way it is in 2000-2025) If you give a Corporation the Same amount of Money, they Put it into a Investment, move around any taxes, keep the Profits and the goverment isnt seeing that Money again.
