did my attempt on the sandwing sister designs :D! They're probably some of the most drawn wings of fire characters, so i really tried to make them unique. Blister is the outcome of me shoving the most devious, malicious, sinister features a dragon could possibly have together, just because of the amount of times she's described as evil in the series.

living in such a blank, colorless biome, icewings often express themselves and distinguish themselves from one another with pops of color, be it clothing or makeup.

however, dyes are expensive and hard to come by, as they must be imported from foreign kingdoms. as a result, typically only icewings of high status and prestige are given the luxury of adorning themselves with color.

it has become tradition for noble icewings to cover their scales in bright colors, mostly on or around their faces, as a symbol of their wealth and status.

most civilians cannot afford to wear makeup every day, so they save their bright colors for important events or ceremonies.
