Literally no-one is writing about the most interesting parts of Mydei so when I get a moment I guess I'm gonna have to try giving writing a go again. There is so much there that could lend to an interesting internal dialogue or way of viewing the world.
He was raised as a prince. He was raised as a weapon. He was raised as the sword that would kill his father, by his father. Both of his parents have a legacy of strength above all. He has no qualms about killing, as death is just a natural byproduct of the fight.
Despite all of this, he is still horrifically, beautifully human, capable of being homesick and wanting to cry about it on his own, seeking companionship from the other Chrysos Heirs, and being hesitant to lead his people down the same route as King Eurypon.
I need to break him apart and put him back together again. I don't think I have the ability to write this and do it justice.
