how new year's eve with sam would look

sparkles and confetti littering the floor. cheap champagne bought from the grocery store on sale. eating grapes under the table together, though sam has to keep his head down to the point his back hurts because otherwise his head hits the table. but he’d do anything for you, including sit under that table eating grapes. dean would definitely laugh at him and then proceed to join you guys under the table because he wants to uphold the grape tradition, too. sam would definitely start kissing you before the countdown ends just because he can’t get enough of you. after you part he’d say something like, “hey, we kissed all the way from last year to this year!” with the goofiest, widest smile on his face. absolutely adorable when drunk from drinking way too much champagne (and maybe some other alcohol in between !!). he’s smiling at you and his eyelids are all droopy as he’s laying beside you in bed after the long night. he'd murmur into the nook beneath your ear that he loves you. that he can’t wait to spend this entire next year with you. and then he'd fall asleep, partly from exhaustion and partly because he’s drunk out of his mind (but then again, so are you).
