Look at this face, 16 years old, full of life, cute outfits, probably a BTS lover, and has a great voice!
Nika Shakarami, an Iranian girl who went out to demand her fundamental rights such as #bodyAutonomy on September 20th, went missing after telling her friend that the special forces are following her.
For ten days, ten torturing days, her family was unable to locate her. Whenever they visited central Kahrizak prison, the person in charge would say they don't know her, and then one day before her 17th birthday, her body was delivered to them.
Things were hard enough for her family before they realize that her face was crushed and changed shape; her body was covered in bruises, and there was a deep cut from her chest all the way down to her waist. The authorities claimed that she was found fallen from a bridge, but the cut was due to performing an autopsy! The question which arises here is why one must perform an autopsy on someone who has fallen from height with a crushed face?
Here are the two most common reasons and scenarios according to the history of the Iran Regime's agenda:
her organs are taken out and used for organ traffiking
her genital organ has been removed since she has been r.a.p.e.d multiple times amidst being tortured!
People in Iran are not protesting against compulsory hijab or economic failure; they are fighting for a REVOLUTION! This brutal regime that has shown no mercy on a MINOR, from capturing, torturing, r.a.p.i.n.g. destroying her face and even stealing her inner organs, should cease to exist for the sake of human rights!
We dont want you to help us; we want you to stop helping out murderers.

Norman McLaren 09 Begone dull care 1949
The continuation was vivid and in rhythm with the music, but in some parts, especially the red stains, I could not distinguish the background from the foreground. However, the direction of their movement indicated the common fate. Other shapes had continuation, and the eccentric black figures were an example of closure. The series of lines that move in two groups and collide occasionally were another indication of common fate, although we can categorize them by their shape( straight or fizzy). overall in the majority of the panels) all the concepts of closure, common fate… were employed to define the background and the lines or the blue or red uniform shapes( that show proximity) were the main subjects

Vampires of Poverty (Agarrando Pueblo)
At first I thought the black and white is the BTS and the word "vampires" refers to the poor people who are attacking the film crew.
It turns out that it refers to the crew themselves that are trying to manipulate the society with false information about the poverty that is happening in Colombia. They suck the blood of poverty(its truth) and leave its corpse to rot even more. The money they earn selling people's misfortune is like the elixir that keeps them alive. the money that is not even worth being used as toilet paper.

My Taste in Media
Music:
My favorite genre (if it can be called a genre) is all the songs under the category of soundtracks.
Soundtracks are made for different situations, and so does life one of my favorite hobbies is selecting an ost for part of my life.
So, apart from heavy metal, I almost enjoy any kind of music, especially the ones with meaningful lyrics
I also enjoy traditional pieces from all around the world, but post-modern tracks( that are a combination of traditional and classical western instruments are my favorite)
Painting/still visual art:
I enjoy paintings as my family, including myself, are painters. The things I enjoy are realistic and photorealistic paintings, hyper-realistic paintings, especially portraits- selectional minimalistic pieces. Typically don't enjoy cubism or abstract.
In terms of material, I like watercolor and other types of semi-transparent techniques like Vitrai or under-glass
I like traditional art forms from other countries too, they hold history and can be combined
Photography:
Light pictures (not dark ones, the ones with high exposure to light, incredibly natural light), and those focused on a subject, often portrait( a human subject). Fashion photography is really my thing. I also like landscapes, not urban, so much photography of repetitive subjects is also interesting.
I just purposeful photos, not any special
Films, Movies and Television:
romantic movies, K-dramas (all genres but horror), documentaries, and daily life-based shows, do not like Hollywood at all, but I am open to new experiences; if someone suggests a movie/drama I will watch them regardless of genre. about the horror genre, I like smart horror but not disgusting ones.
Supernatural is my favorite topic, especially in long series.
I like to watch things that convey a message or have a good ending, not typically happy or sad. Just something that makes sense.
Unfortunately or Fortunately, I have been addicted to the news ever since I learned how to write and read and I follow world news on an hourly basis.
Fashion:
Delicate and detailed designs. Practical and according to the occasions are a must for me. I also find Haute couture interesting and glamorous, especially Christian Dior's original pieces. Overall, anything that brings out the delicacy of women is my favorite.
I don't like too colorful palettes, impractical designs, extreme makeup, or hairstyles. Anything in its most natural forms.
Podcasts:
Podcasts that follow a storyline. have a sufficient amount of background music, audio effects, and blank spaces. A track in balance. Language-learning podcasts are also something I frequently listen to.
Occasionally I like educational podcasts, but they bore me, and I can't concentrate on the topic and details.
Books:
all of my life is about literature, I enjoy fine stories, novels, and most of all poetry. poetry is something I am crazy about and any language I start learning, I start with its poems.
As a teenager, I used to like dilemma-solving and police books but enjoy books with slower and stiller storylines.
