What I really want for Christmas right now

We really need help. We’re struggling in a way we have not before and it’s leaving us hopeless. I’m kindly asking that if you can, you help us out by donating a small amount. My dad would really like to have this surgery before Christmas so it’s out of the way. We are hardly able to afford much for seven of us in one household.
