I think we should invent a new holiday that's kinda like Halloween, but it's specifically for crossdressing.

“some people don’t deserve redemption” redemption isn’t something that’s deserved, it’s something someone does. it’s making the choice to change the way you live your life, to be better, to do good things instead of bad things and try to make up for the bad things. and everyone can and should do that, at any time, no matter what they’ve done. we can’t change the past, but we can choose what kind of person to be now and in the future. we have the responsibility to do so. it is so completely not about “deserving.”

when i first started thinking about relationship anarchy theory i had to adapt to the idea that normative relationships deny their participants autonomy but when you think about it anytime people discuss the benefits of being single basically all of the answers have to do with the greater autonomy that it gives you. so yeah of course normative relationships foster non-autonomy

While separating relationships into strictly sexual, platonic, or romantic or some combination of those is fine for understanding the aromantic and asexual spectrum at a basic level, we must eventually understand that some relationships will never fit into these categories and often queer relationships are more complex than that, and our definition of queer relationships must include abstract relationships.

why do people hate the idea of trans men who "look, dress, act, & sound like cis women" and trans women who "look, dress, act & sound like cis men" who aren't stealth and just are that way because they are that way. it's fucking awesome where is the problem
