I think sifloop and puns would be more "siffrin attempts a pun sometimes" and "loop makes elaborate jokes that siffrin cannot pick up on At This Time".

Siffrin doesnt really do elaborate jokes in the games but i think loop would gravitate towards them post canon. Its my feeling...

my thoughts with sifloop is if/when siffrin does pun he is doing it to be annoying... loop has joined the side of the pun haters (as a low stakes non-harmful way of disparaging their past self).

i think loop gets very avant garde and yes convoluted... things like the royal we joke that nobody else will get any time soon. loop jokes are like. foreshadowing. or hints to a puzzle. solving the puzzle might just mean finally getting the joke but it could also be a deep insight into their psyche... or maybe it's nothing at all! you won't know until you've done it and maybe not even then. lots of baffling references and elaborate running bits.
