I like ti read it more sarcastically like "Oh thank you Trump for being so gracious in allowing us to use this platform of free speech again."

But yeah the message also doesn't feel right considering the circumstances either so we'll see how this all plays out and I really want to see the whole thing blow up in his face.

I think even if/when tiktok comes back, I'll just delete the app. the "thank you president twump <333" message is deeply off putting and feels extremely biased and unprofessional for what is basically an error message. it's clear that even though trump introduced the tiktok ban in 2020, now he's using all of this as a PR stunt to gain the favor of gen z and millennials

I wouldn't be surprised if tiktok returns and it's an extremely sanitized, altered version full of censorship, moreso than it already was, and full of fascist trump propaganda. he wouldn't bring it back for free.

I've gotten a few people to comment on my stories like this or PM me on fanfiction.net and I've called them out for the BS. This is extremely rude and while some may be artists actually looking for commissions but if they are they don't know an individual's financial situation it's fucking rude to corner them like this. If you want someone to commission you actually advertise your work and don't be some kinda predator about it.

Heads up everyone, there's a new scam in town!

(Or perhaps an old one and I am late to the party)

Reasons it is a scam:

1) long, but doesn't reference the fic or characters at all

2) wants money - and will only communicate through dms, they don't have a public profile with proof of their work

And finally!

3) I googled this copy paste text and... suprise! It is a copy paste text. Loads of other people have the same ask

Honestly these have been on my DA account for years now and I don't think I ever shared them here and if I did.... then i guess here they are again.

Regardless back in High School after I had played the games and I think I saw a test post on here about it some where but I decided to attempt a roleswap. Though I didn't want to really separate Sly's gang and didn't want to try and shift around too many roles (All villains have been switched though) and ended up giving Carmelita her own gang entirely.

So Carmelita is the Master thief, switching with Sly who is now Interpol with Bently and Murray.

The other members of her gang are Winnie the Boar(Brawn), Dominic the Saw Whet Owl(Brains), and Ciel and Riley(Distractions/Drivers).

Honestly I can't remember why exactly I added Ciel and Riley to the gang but I did and I love them both. Riley is more flashy with her distractions/driving, bringing targets away from an area fast. While Ciel is more subtle, working to draw the target further and further away without the them realizing it.

I also have other references and have made a few scene redraws so far for the AU. If there's interest I'll share more later, may make a side blog to keep it all organized

My take on why Legend may be the hardest to buy gifts for is because yes he would be happy with anything but how do you know if he doesn't already have the thing or something like the thing. He's hard to buy for because with his hoarding he's already got so much you're afraid of giving him doubles or something he already has five of (Even though he'd probably still love the gift regardless but you don't know that)
