I hand-washed homemade ghee 100 times while performing powerful mantras in honor of the deity Ganesha. 🐘
In Ayurveda, Ganesha is the deity we recite mantras to before studying, appointments, and meditating. To honor this tradition, I dedicated the first batch to them.
✨Ganesha is the deity of beginnings and enlightenment. Ganesha’s head symbolizes Atman, the soul, which is the supreme reality of human existence. While their body signifies the earthly existence of humans, maya. The trunk is used to destroy obstacles and symbolizes change. While the broken tusk symbolizes sacrifice.
I began this patch under the lunar eclipse to continue throughout the dark fortnight of the moon. The dark fortnight is associated with introspection, contemplation, purification, and transformation.
The added benefits of organic carrot seed, blue chamomile, rosewood, and palo santo essential oils aid in the replenishing, regenerating, and rejuvenation of all 7 tissues within the body.
Apply after your evening shower to allow the nutrients to be absorbed into the body with easy.
Check out my last post to learn more about the benefits ✨🌹🌼🥕

“being honest with yourself is how you keep people with unclear intentions at a distance, being soft with yourself is how you create pockets of healing that open your awareness to what you do and don’t deserve, knowing your(self) will always be the best sage and protection.”

“Having an independent nature will irritate those who have lost their identity to the illusion of control. Your free spirit reminds them of how heavy they feel. Do not get weighed down by the opinions of others. Fly free and just be.”

Maybe recovering doesn’t necessarily mean you come back to who you were, but you become someone new. Maybe you find a new sense of self. Maybe you like this version better. Maybe you feel like you improved as a person, in a new direction that you didn’t expect to go. Healing comes in different ways, but I hope it works out for you, and that you feel comfortable in your own skin and that you can cope better with any challenges that may come.
