Hello everyone! Just a little reminder for anyone who might've not seen this post the first time around - we're moving! This year a bigger, far more extensive poll is happening during Pride Month - with a total of 128 characters, to make sure we don't miss anyone you might want to see in here - but it won't be hosted in this blog. You'll find this year's edition of the Saint Seiya Queer Poll in @saintseiyaqueerpoll instead! There's still time to request characters and add submissions before anything's set in stone, we have plenty of time still, so we can still squeeze anything (or anyone) in, if you'd want to contribute in the slightest, or ask to be tagged once the rounds actually start happening once we get started in a few months. Welcome to the home of the new and improved Saint Seiya Queer Poll!

If you'll remember, a couple of years ago a poll was hosted (and never finished, I'm deeply sorry about that!) during Pride Month, which objective was to find out which is the queerest Saint Seiya character according to the Tumblr Saint Seiya community. Again, that poll never really ended up coming into proper fruition - admittedly, it was a little all over the place. This year, I've already started preparations in order to make it work as smoothly as possible! I plan on adding 128 total characters to this year's roster, to make sure no one's left behind! These characters will include the original Saint Seiya series, Saint Seiya The Lost Canvas characters and a couple features from Saint Seiya Soul of Gold. Since we have plenty of time left until June, the idea is to ask for your collaboration before the poll is officially secured, in this case by asking that if you have any characters that you want to see on this poll, please go ahead and send them over, either through asks, comments, messages - whatever you prefer! I already have the aformentioned 128 characters at the ready, but I may have forgotten some that people may want to see, which I could very easily swap out before the rounds actually begin. 3rd Round Announcement

The second round is officially over, and now we move onto the next! This round will be comprised of 8 matches, so the updates will be update as usual, but we'll only have one poll per day, except for one of them, which will include two of them instead. As always, you can check the current standings of the rounds through this link and keep up with your favorite characters! As usual, I end this round and begin the next with a little bit of trivia from this round, including that the most voted for character in this round has been Cygnus Hyoga with a total 58 votes, and the ones people voted for the least but still moved onto the next round were Alone and Pisces Albafica, who both got 21 votes and both tied to each other. That's still something we'll need to resolve, but we'll get to it. With that, we finally welcome the third round, and get ready for another round of polls! Thank you everyone, and happy voting!

We finally reach the end of the second round, and we get to see how the scores end up looking like for this last batch of winners! It's come a little late because of time and schedules issues, but it's finally here, and we can finally reveal who won this round for good! Without any more rambling, here are today's winners! Cancer Manigoldo, with a total of 29 votes! Capricorn El Cid, with a total of 42 votes! Capricorn Shura, with a total of 36 votes! Andromeda Shun, with a total of 50 votes!
