As much as I love La Révolution Française (1989) for simply being the first frev film I’ve watched and the nostalgia that comes along with it, if I see another person post “LRF is the best French Revolution film yet” on reddit or any other social media site then saying every actor was accurate in their portrayal, I’m going to lose my marbles because La Terreur et la Vertu (1964) fucking exists.
