AVE MUJICA THEORY (P1) (SPOILERS AHEAD)

I was watching the op for Ave Mujica again and I noticed something abt the scene in op when it shows everyone besides Sakiko all mental and in cracked glass/mirror. Now I noticed that only Mutsumi and Umiri were upside down

whereas Uika and Nyamu were upright

with Sakiko of course only being able to be seen on a dusty reflection. But that made me think, “Why were some upright and others weren’t?” It could’ve totally been just for aesthetic purposes (which worked incredibly well and look amazing), however with how much symbolism has already gone into this anime I knew it couldn’t be nothing.

The cards they show in the beginning with the characters’ stage names, their unmasked versions on top and masked versions on bottom (Uika’s as an example)

With the exception, again, of Sakiko’s being reversed with her masked self on top and unmasked self on bottom (I’ll explain further later)
