Valda has been hiding out on earth since escaping the Irkens until chaotic dumbass Kiki crashed into earth after also being chased off from the Irkens (totally not her fault she totally did not accidentally blow up an irken base) . Valda is intensely scary and angry but Kiki thinks that’s hot
