Methods
Cut alcohol, sugar, dairy, and consume tonnes of water and fresh fruit. Clean phone and change pillowcase regularly. Don't use towel on face or dry hands on there when doing skincare. Balance hormones.
Breakfast: herbal tea, fruit and then protein and kimchi. Dinner: protein and fresh greens and vegetables. Portion control and limited snacking sticking to dried fruit and nuts. Stretching and training body every morning.
