Imam Ghazali on time management... "Your time should not be without any structure, such that you occupy yourself arbitrarily with whatever comes along. Rather, you must take account of yourself and order your worship during the day and the night, assigning to each period of time an activity that must not be neglected nor replaced by another activity. By this ordering of time, the blessing in time will show itself. A person who leaves himself without a plan as animals do, not knowing what he is to do at any given moment, will spend most of his time fruitlessly. Your time is your life, and your life is your capital: by it you make your trade, and by it you will reach the eternal bounties in the proximity of Allah. Every single breath of yours is a priceless jewel, because it is irreplaceable; once it is gone, there is no return for it. So do not be like fools who rejoice each day as their wealth increases while their lives decrease. What good is there in wealth that increases while one’s lifespan decreases? Do not rejoice except in an increase of knowledge or an increase of good works. * If your heart is stolen, other things will go missing as well * Imam Ibnul Qayyim said, وقد قضى الله تعالى قضاء لا يرد ولا يدفع أن من أحب شيئاً سواه عذب به ولا بد، وأن من خاف غيره سلط عليه، وأن من اشتغل بشيء غيره كان شؤماً عليه، ومن آثر غيره عليه لم يبارك فيه، ومن أرضى غيره بسخطه أسخطه عليه ولا بد “Allah has decreed a matter that cannot be changed or repelled, which is that (1) whoever loves something other than Allah will suffer at its hands (2) and that whoever fears other than Allah will be hunted by it (3) and whoever busies himself with other than Allah will be misfortuned by it  (4) and whoever prefers something over Allah will not be blessed in it (5) and whoever pleases others at Allah’s expense, Allah will turn them against him.” (From his book: Al-Waabil As-Sayyib) Are doors closing in your face time and time again? The first word revealed by the Almighty was "Read". His first order for us is to read in His name, but He didn't say what has to be read...so what exactly should you read? The answer lies within the word. Read meaning to gain knowledge from whenever and wherever you can, but be careful onto what and how you read..for it has to start by the name of Allah, the Pure, the Exalted One.

This sentence, which seems so simple to pronounce is in reality the most powerful statement a living being can ever pronounce. It is a life-changing transition that transform you from a creature to a slave of Allah. It becomes the reason for your existence. Though do not forget as beautiful as it is, it requires a great deal of hard work and perseverance to follow it. Do not underestimate it and work...work hard . For the reward will be a place for which no eye has seen, no ear has heard and no heart has felt ever before.

"They call people to Paradise but are unable to call the orphans to a table." - Ibn Sīnā. Beautifully said by Ibn Sina. How strange is this, that we forget one of the most rewarding deed, Allah has commanded us to perform.. read the following verse: They ask you, [O Muhammad], what they should spend. Say, "Whatever you spend of good is [to be] for parents and relatives and orphans and the needy and the traveler. And whatever you do of good - indeed, Allah is Knowing of it." [Quran : 2:215] Parents, relatives, ORPHANS, needy, Traveller. Note that Allah has given so much of importance on taking care of orphans, that He(SWT) mentioned them after your parents and relatives. But it is really strange that this has become a matter that's forgotten. May Allah(azzawajjal) guide us and help us to fulfill our duties. Wallahi he is worth NOTHING if he allows for you what he wouldn’t allow for his own MOTHER or SISTER. I don’t care how much you LOVE him or how long you’ve KNOWN him - He does NOT love you, even if he said it a MILLION times. You don’t hurt the ones you love. And by being with you in HARAAM, he is not only HURTING you but he is also DESTROYING you. Ya habiba, yaa muslimah - Don’t let him take away the most beautiful thing about you (your Hayaa) A man has done absolutely nothing for you if he haven’t made you his wife! No matter the circumstances, or how difficult it is to convince your parents etc you still need to stop all contact with him. If he truly cares the way he says, then he’ll leave you alone, knowing that if he didn’t get the chance to be with you in this life then Allah will bless him in the next life, only for staying patient and obedient! Don’t be fooled my honorable sister, starting something of in haraam with the intention of making it halal later on is like playing Russian roulette - It’s doomed to go wrong and if you play with the fire long enough, sooner or later you’ll find yourself getting burned. If he doesn’t acknowledge your worth by leaving you alone, then you should acknowledge it yourself and respect yourself enough to not be a man’s playful lust machine. Trust me - If he wanted to marry you, he would have (long time ago) RESPECT yourself ya ukhti. "Did he not realise that Allah is watching?" Be conscious of your Creator, He is watching you wherever you are. You can hide from the entire world and from yourself too, but not from Allah(Azzawajjal). How many times it happens, when we do something wrong and hide it from others, and sometimes from our ownselves too. We deny, ignore, forget our sins, but Allah knows it all, He sees it all. But He is Al-Haleem, the one who is not immediate in punishing. He gives you chances upon chances.. utilize them, be mindful that there is always an eye on you and protect yourselves from sins.
