woke up clearly remembering my dream from last night and while i dont remember it at all now I do clearly remember NOT wanting to write it down so that i wouldnt remember. mission successful.

one small thing i do remember was being in a bus transfer station and spotting my best friend's partner in the crowd. sad i didnt get to go say hi

had a very vivid dream of being in some kind of shooting contest. i and a partner were chillin on a porch of a really run down wooden building on a hot and muggy night, occasionally shooting whatever our targets were - cant seem to remember that - with lever operated single shell rifles. it was mostly just chillin in the dark casually chatting, waiting for something to move outside the reach of the lamplight, and whenever something did we'd crack a shot or two at it til it stopped moving. also I had a glass of cranberry juice. after the time limit was up we meandered over to another old and rotting wood building a ways away, this one sorta built on stilts above a swamp, and upon entering it we were told we scored second place in the first round of whatever this contest was. i woke up before gettin to see what the second round was

been having an ungreat day so I went to force myself to do some Self Care Things like food and a shower so i went to get food and realized that there were pierogies in the air fryer that i had heated up for breakfast and forgotten about and like okay cool that makes that task easier but while i was taking them out of the air fryer i noticed that the basket had some built up oil in it and was due for a cleaning and i just. started scrubbing it. no thought into it just started doing it before even realizing what I was doing. which like is great it needed cleaning so its good that its getting done but. girl. the food. the breakfast. the been awake for six hours and havent eaten. hello?

anyway i totally forgot about the plate of pierogies by the time i was done scrubbing and washing and only just now, half an hour later, rediscovered it and am now eating.

i think i may need help of some sort. like a gentle nudge once in a while.

an update on that for anyone who would like to hear about it; things have gotten worse.

i found a job for a little while at a local warhammer/tcg store but the store closed, and i didnt make enough to cover living expenses while i was there. i am doing. very bad.

ive been visiting my local employment aid center and have an appointment with a counsellor so hopefully ill be able to find something soon,,

i have industrial safety shifts scheduled for apr.22-may.5 and may.28-aug.1, so i'll be okay if i can make it to april. but i have no way to pay my bills or buy food through february and march

my dad has been generous enough to help pay for my food, hopefully he'll be willing and able to keep that up a while longer

maybe not the best wording and explanation of things since im tired and copying from a discord ameoncement I wrote, but;

hi. i have a little issue.

the last 3 jobs i was supposed to go on got cancelled, not likely to get more work anytime soon because my work is seasonal and we are in the off-season now, had a job interview last week and got rejected,,

in short, im perhaps a little fucked, financially.

i'm looking into employment insurance and applying for more jobs that i may have applicable training for but for the moment im lookin pretty SOL, so I'm thinking about trying to pick up streaming full-time again and (hopefully) be able to get food, even if the bills cant get paid.

I'm not really sure what the best way to go about this is but I would appreciate input/feedback on what days/times are best for me to stream on, im likely looking at doing 5-6 days a week, 5-8hr streams. so ill need quite a lot of things to stream to keep it varied and entertaining

aside from that, the only other thing i can think to do immediately to try to improve my financial situation would be to start taking 3dmodelling commissions, but im lost on that in how to find commissioners and everything involved so while i will try, i dont think that's a very good option for me

to put numbers to it (canadian dollars), my credit card is at 15,500/16,000, I have 1,300 in my bank account, and it costs 1,500 to keep the lights on for a month not including food.

with employment insurance (66% of my average pay) i might be able to squeeze out 2 more months.

in not Urgently Asking For Donations (yet) but I'm worried. if anyone has anything to spare, even just a couple dollars would mean a meal that isnt instant noodles

My friend I do not know what to tell you here.
