I do! Bobbi (who has been running a hair salon since the band’s breakup) updated the website saying he’ll be out for a reunion concert. And that he was convinced after speaking with two kids—Phineas and Ferb Flynn-Fletcher, who want them to come back to perform at their mother, Linda’s anniversary.

No, not nepotism. You guys don’t get to hate on these kids, they’re super cool. They came into my shop & asked me to perform for their parents. They made no mention of their mom being Lindana. We’re literally prepping for the concert right now and I just learned this from tumblr. Had to fact check it with Bobbi. Point is, at no point did they try to leverage their mom’s fame. They genuinely just wanted to do something sweet for their parents. I doubt they even thought to try and use their mother’s status. They simply explained how passionate their parents were about the band.

Try Fudge! I haven't run it yet but if you do a lot of homebrew and rule ignoring anyway, it seems like the perfect framework to build something off of.

Check out Cyberpunk 2077/Red and White Wolf games like Vampire: the Masquerade! If you're running a game in those sorts of settings anyway, you might as well do it in a system designed to handle it. I'm sure there are other genre-based ttrpgs that I'm not as familiar with, but enough people play these that there's a community around them.

Itch.io!!! If you want to support indie ttrpgs this is your first stop! There's also skeleton siege (free), which is so rules-light it fits on a single square image. Or, make your own! I'd recommend reading a few non-D&D rulebooks if you do so that you can see all the different ways a ttrpg can look, but you can always make your own system however you want!

This is something I and other tabletop bloggers like thydungeongal have said repeatedly in the past, but I think it bears repeating.

If you don't like WotC due to the recent scandals they've been involved in (such as the OGL thing and sending the Pinkertons to someone's house) and you are serious about disrupting the economic and cultural stranglehold they have over the entire tabletop hobby, pirating D&D products is infinitely less important than exploring, discussing and platforming games and creators outside of the D&D 5e ecosystem.

A person who pirates every single D&D product but continues to exclusively play, discuss, talk, and blog about Dungeons and Dragons Fifth Edition is not doing as much as someone who religiously pays for every D&D product but also gives some of their precious time and attention to games that aren't D&D, especially if they have any sort of platform or audience.

IF YOU LIVE IN THE US AND WOULD RATHER NOT DIE FROM BEING HIT BY A CAR

please submit a comment on the NHTSA proposal to implement pedestrian safety test requirements for cars and trucks!!

It would finally make manufacturers design vehicles that are safer for pedestrians and cyclists, instead of the massive wall-of-steel front ends that are excessively deadly for no reason. Europe already has rules like this, but unless we comment in approval, they're not going to do anything to halt the increasing pedestrian deaths in our country.

And please share, even if you don't live in the US!
