How do you draw your chubby characters? Like mostly the thighs and the bellies?

I’m really not the one to ask cuz I legit never structure my drawings but I just makes lots a curves like

How about a fic about Baku and izuku teaming up to get their lovers (Todo and Kirishima) To gain 'a little weight' by exchanging different recipes, giving them snacks, ect. After several months of this, Kiri and Todoroki gained a LOT of weight
