Be Happy

Whoever wins a game will tend to think that happiness is a matter of chance. We may ask ourselves; does happiness depend on us? One may first wonder whether happiness really exists. Fugitive moments of pleasure when for example, an event happens do not last, it seems. If happiness depends not only on favorable circumstances but on un then perhaps it may be more lasting. Favorable or ungovernable circonstances belong to what happens to us if it doesn't only concern the domain of having, but if it also concerned and especially the domain of being. Only what we are in depth is as a durable as we are and only what we are depends on us and not on circumstances. Each one to his definition of happiness.

Am I happy? Yeah I mean I think I am. What's your definition of happiness? To be free to do what you want and when you want it, or how beautiful it seems to us, but especially if you love and you feel loved by the person with whom you are, that's the most important thing. Starting from this we must assume that we are somehow unaware of what we are in depth and what might make us happy, for most people their version of being happiness that is in the mirror the superficial. But assuming that this path to our essence and therefore happiness exists depends on us? Are these not liberating encounters, enlightening readings, and social circumstances enabling us to provide for our subsistence which make it possible?

For when our human faculties can't be developed by the result of material misery, illness, and great traumatic suffering, isn't this quest for our true essence, which is the source of inalienable happiness, made impossible? The feeling of well-being can be measured. It turns out that such an increase in wealth and comfort leads to an increase in this feeling but it remains momentary. Material comfort is certainly a condition of feeling well-being but it remains a relative criterion. But enough of these generalities because it's not then Happiness and me? If I told you that I am happy, who knows, what do you say? If I told you that without you I am lost, if I told you that your smiles are anchored in me forever, if I spoke to you of this love in me, this very heavy feeling inexplicable, so strong, so invasive and so profound that sometimes it hurts. But you will never know, I come without anything and what you offer me, the words, the smiles a little bit of each one of you that I keep selfishly for myself.

This is a small part of me to all the people in my life, those who inspire me, those who makes me laugh, those who encourage me,and just to my family and friends simply to say that I feel blessed

it’s was just a small wink to all the loves of my life, my family, my friends,and you loves hidden or unknown, you guys makes me happy. THANK YOU
