She was sleeping better than she had been in past months, though whether that was because it was in his arms, or because the hatchet had been buried, Bomi couldn’t say for sure. The knots in her stomach were slowly being untied, though, and she felt much more confident and happy in his presence. Something that hadn’t been true for a long time– he used to fill her with dread and confusion. Make her feel upset and paranoid. And so guilty, but since they’d put that behind them, she’d felt much more stable than she had in years.
She was sure Toxxik probably missed her, but they could survive without her– he was her security blanket, and she had trouble falling asleep without him there to assure her that he didn’t hate her and they were going to be okay.
Bomi was a light sleeper, so at the tiniest movement, she woke up, adjusting so she was facing him and so she could look him in the eye. “What time is it,” she whispered softly, careful to not wake Seokjung– she was already in his space. She didn’t want to make it harder than it had to be.
He felt her shift slightly first before she turned over in his arms, cursing at himself internally for waking her up. He needed to learn to control himself a little better-- resist the urge to reach out and hold her so she could rest. Youngjin knew how much sleep she missed, between scheduling and her stressing herself out, and it kind of hurt his heart a little every time he accidentally woke her up. She needed her sleep so badly, and he didn’t want to be the one to rob her of that.
“3:30. It’s early. I’m sorry for waking you,” he murmured back, kissing her forehead and smoothing her hair gently out of her face. “You should go back to sleep, sweetheart. I don’t want you to push yourself past your limits tomorrow, and there’s less a chance of that happening if you’re fully rested.”

His conversations with Daeyeol so far had been quite minimal-- they’d talk about work or something weird like that. Sparkle songs were pretty easy to write lyrics for. Even the B-Sides were mind-numbingly simple, so it never felt like a great topic to bring up. Which left Hojung at a real loss.
He liked Daya. A lot. And how were you supposed to talk to someone you liked if you couldn’t even figure out a solid topic of conversation.
So he’d started leaving her anonymous little notes where he knew she’d see them-- in her locker at the company (he’d enlisted Hyunjin to put them there. He wasn’t about to go in the girl’s changeroom), in her bag while she was training......things like that. Nice little notes encouraging her, shitty drawings, and song lyrics he wanted to use but had to scrap for one reason or another.
It was nice. Sometimes she’d write back, leaving little notes near the hook where she hung her bag for training, where it was certain he’d find it. She’d thank him. Ask him questions. It was like having an anonymous penpal, except Hojung knew exactly who she was, and had a huge fucking crush on her.
That’s when the next note came-- ‘what is your name?’ When he’d read it, his heart dropped. He had no idea what to say-- standing near her bag with a piece of paper and a pencil for nearly half an hour, debating on whether or not he should reveal himself, when he heard footsteps. Girls laughing. Some of them humming the new Sparkle song. They were coming back, and he was about to get caught red handed. Muttering a curse word under his breath, Hojung scrambled away without leaving anything, flying around a corner and staying there, holding his breath and hoping to god he wasn’t seen. // @lrvescenario

It was so weird, feeling like your life was coming crashing down around you and there was nothing you could do to prevent it or make it better.
You could never say that Haein didn’t try, because she did. She worked so hard. She’d moved from Radioactive to Spotlight when she wasn’t getting the attention and success she wanted. She’d trained for years. She worked her ass off in Idol Project, and made it to the final group, only for their contract to be small and for that to fall apart. And then she finally had gotten to debut, with the members of her old group, and that had fallen through too.
Haein had always been insecure. She was well aware that she was one of the least popular members of Unity, and she wasn’t conventionally beautiful in the way people expected idols to be. But she worked so hard. She always put in such a gargantuan effort, and failing despite that? It hurt her to her core.
She did a fair job of keeping that to herself, but after a particularly long training session, she couldn’t. As soon as she was sure the other girls were gone, she curled up in the corner of the studio, finally letting herself cry. // @amethystrv, @rvkrez

Things were....better. They felt better. Youngjin and Bomi still had a long way to go to get back to where they were, and there were some rocky patches, but overall, they were rebuilding their relationship. And there was nothing he wanted more.
He couldn’t explain how much he’d missed her. How important she’d been in his life, how much it hurt when she disappeared. How strange it felt to see her debut out of the blue, and how it hurt even more when they merged companies and she wouldn’t even give him a second glance. They’d both made a lot of mistakes, and Youngjin was still hurting. Less so, but he was. But he also felt responsible-- if he had been better for her, would she have left?
Seokjung deserved a medal for being the best roommate ever, because here Bomi was again, sleeping beside him, and the younger boy didn’t even care (as long as things stayed G rated). Holding Bomi close to his chest, he let out a long sigh. It was weird. But things were getting better. \\ @amethystrv

This was a long time coming, really. Daegil and Bidam had been dating for what must have been almost three years now. There was no question that she was the one. And with enlistment on the horizon, he felt like he wanted to do it soon. Better now than to leave her waiting for two years.
He decided it was going to happen on the roof of his apartment building. How many times had they had cute stupid little dates up here? Watched fireworks or the sunset? Gone up here so Bidam could cry on his shoulder, away from the rest of the world? Hell, he’s pretty sure he asked her out for the first time (officially) up here, and he knows that their first kiss happened up here. Everything big that’s happened to them happened on this roof. It felt right that this would happen too.
He didn’t make too big of a spectacle, but he did order food and bring a table, inviting her up for a date with a view. Now she just had to show up. // @rvkatie

She didn’t like this. Or, rather, she wasn’t familiar with what she was feeling, so by default she didn’t like it. She didn’t know how to deal with so many people being on her side unconditionally. It was a silly predebut song, but she was getting fans and letters of support, and it was weird. So naturally, she didn’t like it.
Thank god she was promoting the same time as Mirae. Stage costume on, mic secured, Myungji chewed on her lip, staring at herself in the mirror. “I’m really not good enough for this. I’m going to fuck up.” // @amethystrv

She was nervous. Far more nervous than she’d ever been before. Idols stuff was fun. Idol Project in particular was a lot of work, but it was worth it and she loved doing it. All of these things, she could do and she rose above, but telling someone about her childhood? It was terrifying.
Yuni was sweet, though. it was a side few got to see, but Ahyung saw it, and she was confident the idol would understand. Ahyung just had to get it out.
“Are you sure you want to hear all this?” Addie asked nervously, tucking hair back behind her ear. “Because it’s not very pleasant, and once I start I know I won’t be able to stop talking.” // @lrvescenario
