fun headcanon i have for literally everywhere it can apply: after something spends a long enough time without one of the trinity of mind/body/soul, a new one will form by drawing from the other 2

this is to say that:

bodiless creatures will eventually, by weakening the mind and soul, form a new body

mindless creatures will eventually, by weakening the body and soul, form a new mind

soulless creatures will eventually, by weakening the body and mind, form a new soul

of course, this requires the thing to stay alive for long enough to develop a new one. this is impossible in practice with not having a body, nearly impossible with not having a mind, and then not having a soul is somewhere in between.

The Realm likes to destroy cultures. Whoever Alevetoms were before the Realm got them, they probably had words for that kind of thing. But, like constellations, they've been forgotten.

Prime Xur wasn't happy as an adult, either. He went straight from pining for a guy who was mean to him, to committing treason. For the somewhat-less-mean guy who was now willing to love him.

I didn't remember until later, but Xur has memories of all-day sex. In X18, when he and Zane were making a goal out of falling in love, they'd examine their feelings and talk about examining their feelings, and go "I felt closer to loving you when…"

For Zane, that was sex. Specifically, just before orgasm.
