First attempt at making a box with hand tools. I tried to make box joints first, only to realize it is really hard to do box joint with hand tools.

Moved on to shortening the box and then constructing with glue and nails.

Made out of construction pine.

It’s ugly and poorly constructed but it is mine, and it’s usable (for now)

Finally finished my Loki beads. I have been slowly working through a book on Loki to sort of… revitalize my practice. Part of that is making prayer beads.

I wasn’t sure how I would feel about that. I’ve never used prayer beads and don’t really understand their purpose. But I’ll give it a try.

Given that hesitance, I decided to make it into a bracelet. At least then, I know I will still use it, even if the prayer beads don’t end up working with me.

Finally finished and delivered this bday gift, was a great second finished whittling project. Got him sanded and painted.

Finished my first whittling project. Thou I started with a knife, I did finish it up with a dremel for finer detail. and a wood burner for color. Its a little Loki!

I’ve had the concept of a full triforce swap in my head for a while now, so i finally got around to sitting down and drawing it and writing notes about it. for the record, wolf link is the pig ganon equivalent for a boss fight. if i had time, im sure i could make his design much more interesting lol…

when i was in middle school, i got bullied for being a black fall out boy fan.

literally almost every day of my life these idiots would trash my interests and my personality because of my race.

all because “emo music is white culture”.

I’m really glad that KC Green’s work is being more widely recognized after the whole “This is not fine” comic came out.

He’s been in the comic making game for a really long time and he has…a bit of a knack for creating things that are used as reaction images and never credited back to him.

He’s a really cool guy and a great artist and I HIGHLY recommend following his work.
