2022 𝕍𝕀𝔹𝔼𝕊 💋 • This year is the year. They say speak positivity into existence like a god would creating life. So here we go. • • There are two things I procrastinate the most when putting out new music. Cutting final vocals, and taking pictures for the art work. I started the other day out recording vocals with @nickjames_slideontheside For the first time I cut some vocals on a track I didn’t want to just immediately nit pick to death. 🎉 Then pictures with the goddess of light and imagery herself. @amberly_vision She captured everything and more of the rough visuals I had in my head. I’m so grateful to have these to uberly talented people in my life. • I’m starting this year out with some of the most supportive and uplifting people I’ve ever gotten to be around. I have a team, and I’m part of a team that lifts each other up. Pushes each other’s limits artistically and heal each other’s pain in the process. We are a force of love. And we’re not only coming for Austin, we’re coming for the world. 2022 is the year that love wins. 2022 is the year we refuse to behave and fall in line. It’s the year we claim our truths. Been taking a little mental space to breath and refocus lately. Prep myself for a trip home to close down my folks hardware store. My ole man’s heart can’t take the long work days it takes to run a place like that anymore. It’s been some bitter sweet years for a lot of folks out there. But I’m blown away by the supportive people I’ve found here in Austin. I’ve gotten to call this place my home for the last 9 years and I can say from experience it really is a gem.
