About The Author

Vaishali Hamlai holds Advanced Degrees in Human Resource Management. Her aim is to make reading easy and relatable. She draws applicable and live norms from society and gives her take on it; she draws others inferences and assumptions and strives to provide a holistic perspective on the societal norms.  

 Being certified in Meyers-Brigg Type Indicator administration she has a good hold on complexities of mind and soul that translates into human behaviour.

 Raised in Mumbai she drew her first book “Rhea@Suraksha” from her real-life experiences. After reading and witnessing some authentic circumstances around her she wrote her second book “Down Under”. In ‘Down Under’ she penned down her thoughts on racism and also showed it in a different light. She believes that we - humans are responsible for our own actions and only we!

Mamta has been at the forefront of the fashion industry for last 20 years, acting as an academic mentor with the leading Fashion Institutes of the country besides hands-on experience in a multitude of designing projects. She has also been involved with Retail experience related to Fashion and has been on the panel of academic selection for NIFT on behalf of the management body –AIMA between 2007 till 2012.

After a dynamic stint in the industry, she ventured out to find a new avenue to engage and found her solace in extensive reading. Her destiny introduced her to the most important scripture of Hinduism, ``The Bhagavad Gita”, and she felt totally engrossed into the power and depth of the book. The book changed her outlook towards life, lend her the wisdom to look at things from a detached perspective and appreciate the larger scheme of things in the smallest and most trivial events happening around us. As a result, she started writing articles that would link routine incidents or familiar anecdotes with The Power above. Padmashri Shri Ashok Chakradhar releases Shri Pawan Kumar Upadhyaay's book 'Hriday se...  Kshitij Tak'

Shri Chakradhar further said that the hero of Sri Upadhyay's poetry is soaking up the colours of the horizon, immersed in his life-events and letting forth an uninterrupted flow of poetry that swings from love to love for the country, concerns about the environment to absorption in God.  'Hriday se Kshitij Tak’ is a compilation of poems written by Poet Shri Pavan Kumar Upadhyay over last 23 years. Founder, CEO of Rubric Publications, Dr. Beena Biswas played a stellar role in the selection and publication of poems by Shri Pavan Kumar Upadhyay. She said that in working with Shri Upadhyay she got a chance to understand the depths of a poetic mind.
