All of the batkids sleep like tiny curled-up cats. More than once, the Gotham news, innocent bystanders, and even street thugs have testified to seeing Nightwing bundled up and snoring on top of a lamp post, or Red Hood catching some Z's beneath a dumpster with his knees tucked to his chest. The working theory is that Batman allows his kids short naps during their first year of patrol, and for safety reasons, they learn to sleep in a small ball underneath his cape, and that type of muscle memory lasts a lifetime.

Additionally, the batkids can and will sleep anywhere. Even at the manor, they will pass out in hallways, stairways, bathroom counters, kitchens, and even in the garden.

Cue Bruce walking around the manor in his bedtime robe, collecting each of the robins by the scruffs of their necks and piling them into his arms so he can get them to a proper bed.

Tim: the most offended i’ve ever been was when Damian had to have emergency surgery and when he woke up he was still off his face on pain meds, and Jason thought it would be funny to fuck with him while he was high so the first thing he said to him after he woke up was ‘Damian, Damian guess what? it turns out Janet Drake and Bruce Wayne had an affair years ago, and we just did a DNA test confirming that Tim’s your biological brother!’

Tim: and Damian took this in, stared at me for approximately six long silent seconds, and then promptly turned and threw up on Alfred’s shoes.

Funniest part about Robin Jason canonically going to heaven is that it implies either 1) Jason didn’t kill Felipe and Bruce completely blew up their relationship for no reason or 2) you’re allowed in heaven after killing someone as long as that someone really deserved it, which would then imply that heaven itself is on Jason’s side in the Jason vs Bruce conflict.

This is Zu—I mean, Jian Li and Katara's second meeting in the Kyoshi Warriors AU. The first proper one, anyway.

Once they get through a minor difference of opinion or two (“I can carry my own basket!” “Never said you—” “I'm not weak!” “I didn't—” “Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean—” “Would you listen for once, woman?!” ) they'll become nearly inseparable.

For now Jian Li will carry Katara's basket all the way to the Kyoshi Warriors' dojo and, once there, they'll mercilessly tease Sokka when they see him in uniform.
