Welcome To Exalt! (By Flamma)
"'Welcome to the world of Exalt' A phrase everyone hears the day they're born. The voice is born from a warm, white light that envelopes our body and says 'Can you hear me? My name is Lucia, what's yours?'. Everyone has this same memory from the day they're born into this world. there are also people in this world called adventurers. To become an adventurer you have to join a guild to be appraised by a "Diviner". Diviners study Divination, 1 of the 3 schools of magic, allowing them to see the stats and traits of people and items as well as release their true potential. Hehe, I guess by how much I know about adventures you could probably guess I want to become one, why don't you come with me?"
---WELCOME TO EXALT--- W.I.P (will finish later.) Welcome to the world of Exalt! As you've probably noticed already this world is actually 1 big MMO though our characters have no knowledge of this. The world of Exalt is mainly run by adventurers who travel the world defeating magical beast, protecting the weak and taking on quest, though not all adventurers do just this. Adventurers are able to get from place to place using "warp gates" which are scattered around the world and can take you to any warp gate you've already been to. This means adventurers must still travel to new lands but visiting old friends is always easy and many adventurers join guilds just use the warp gate with another to get to new lands they couldn't.
World map: At the beginning of the rp, in the village shown above, we will start on the island in the center of the map, Island of dawn.
---Schools of magic--- In the world of Exalt Magic can only be used in 3 ways, Divination, Transformation and Evocation. Only adventurers can use magic and while many adventurers do very few have mastery over more then 1. While lower level magics can be learned just by reading books called, Tomes, the higher level a spell is the harder it is to find, meaning most spells are either created by luck(rare) or passed down from master to student. While making a spell of your own is a dangerous task, since magic is very chaotic, doing so is seen as a necessary step to becoming a master.
Divination- Divination allows one to see and touch the magical realm around them. Most divination spells are similar causing it to seem like an under whelming school of magic, but this is far from the truth. The reason most divination spells are similar is because most come from 3 basic spells, "Sem" which allows a person to leave there body while still being in control for a short period if time, "Ko" which allows a person to see the stats of there target and "Don" Which allows a person to force their target to use divination then use there own aura to create an illusion.
Transformation- Transformation allows one to change the magical realm around them. Transformation is the most well known and revered school of magic for it's ability to make anything out of a substance of equal value. While most adventurers use transformation magic to make swords and bows and arrows from small chunks of metal or their surroundings, some use transformation magic on people to make humonculi or change their own body.
Evocation- Evocation allows one to control and release the full potential of magic. Evocation is the most flexible school of magic demonstrated by the way it can be used in conjunction with all other schools, including divination to create adventurers. Evocation is usually used by long range casters though it can also be used to increase ones physical properties or activate magical items.
---Guilds---
Information guild- Information guilds are usually run by spies and traveling bards who gather information on different people or things varying from guild to guild. in game they will serve as a place to find hints or sometimes complete answers to problems, but for the roleplayer they also serve as an in game way to ask any question they want to explore the lore or any mechanics. The most infamous information guilds are Roma: which specializes in bounties and tracking dangerous people and has guild halls in Dawn island, Lorcada and Kaiator, The Bard college: Which focuses on general information and have guild halls in Lorcada, Velika and Arcadia, and lastly the underground: who's location is unknown to most but deals in finding evil ruins and secrets that were never meant to be unearthed.
Crafters guild- Crafters guilds are guilds that focus on all the assets of crafting, Alchemy, smithing, tailoring, divination(usually), enchanting and Mechanics. While they are rare to see all the greatest adventurers have used them to forge enchanted weapons, armor or even enchanted mechanical limbs if they choose. There is only one well know guild hall in Velika.
Mages guild- Mages guilds are guilds thats main focus is to explore the unseen realm of magic and how it works. Mage guilds are usually very private and your more likely to get invited to one then ever just stumble upon it, since they're extremely rare.
Diviners/transformers/evokers guild: These are simply schools where adventurers can learn the school of magic they wish.
Arena guild- Ever POPULATED region in Exalt has it's own arena, some have more then one, and for each Arena is a whole slew of guilds who train adventurers to be the best. There are millions of these guilds varying in fam from region to region. Every Arena has different rules, though most don't have any at all.
Adventuring guild- Adventuring guilds usually only have members who have completed the Adventurers exam. Passing the Adventurers exam grants an adventurer a card basically saying that you can go to any region you want, though most think of it as a get out of jail free card since finishing the exam is supposed to be extremely difficult and most people think only another adventurer could beat someone who's passed. These guilds travel to the far reaches of this world in search of magical items hidden secrets and anything else you can think of. The most well known guilds are blah blah blah, I'll finish this when I think of names and whether it's even important.

Adventure Of The Dammed
One hundred and fifty years ago man and elf waged war against heaven. They had found a gateway and desired the riches and magic to be found more then anything. With weapons of forbidden magic and powerful artifacts they laid siege to heaven, and won. So much blood was shed over the greed of man kind. The kings who's men won the war became richer then they could ever imagine, but they let their greed reach beyond war. Their own people started to suffer as the kings forgot about their subjects. As people became desperate the land beyond the castles and protection of the kings became lawless and chaotic. But now there is something other then chaos stirring, hell itself. Demons started appearing and laying waste to the poor cities that were once so great. In doing so they forced the hand of the lazy kings and the armies were sent out to combat the demons. This is where the world is left off. In a constant war with hell itself. The cities that were unprotected turned into ruined battlefields. Hell is gaining ground on our world, if it weren't for the weapons raided from heaven then human kind wouldn't have stood a chance. But now men and elves are looking to push back hell and close off the gates that are allowing hell-spawn to march in. But they can't allow armies to embark on such a mission, the armies of men and elves are stuck on the defensive. So the king of Jakkarr sent out an invitation to anyone stupid enough to go on a suicide mission to save their world. That is where you come in, whatever you are, whoever you are, you have answered the call to go on a mission that will likely end in your death. But, if you happen to finish your job and make it out alive, you will be seen as heroes. Given riches beyond your wildest dreams. Or maybe even earn your freedom. Whatever you wish is yours, but you have to find a way to close the gates first.

The Runaways BY Babyrose
For ten years, the Master's Correctional Facility for Super Powered Youth has inhabited six teenagers. Six out of the most powerful and dangerous super-powered humans in the world. For ten years these six teenagers learned to co-exist together, pulling themselves up when the lab coats pushed them down. They were tested on, beaten, bullied, and at times starved for days on end. They were not seen as humans, they were seen as freaks. The facility is military run, using these kids as experiments to help advance the military's soldiers and somehow inject their abilities like strength, speed, and regeneration into ordinary humans out on the field. All to no avail. Trapped as early as age seven for some, they learned to get along and protect one another. With no schooling, no power training, or contact with the outside world, many became.. quirky. Disturbed. At the ages of sixteen, the military pushed forward a new project -- Power Enhancement. The goal was to begin testing these kids and working toward enhancing their abilities, making them twice as dangerous and three times as feral. They were no longer seen as humans whatsoever, the military pushed for animals. A secret weapon they could set loose on their enemy when the threat arose. A couple weeks before the subjects escaped, the project was announced a success. The once normal super-powered kids were now enhanced as much as their bodies allowed. The enhancements affecting them in different ways. The military was ecstatic, quickly planning on having them shipped off to the battlefield to put them to the test, but on their last night, their cell doors unlock, the guards disappear, and the cameras go off. Announcing a lock down, the administration rushes to get the prisoners to a secure place but by the time they arrive they were gone. This is their journey into a new world. A futuristic earth where once super powered people and humans lived together in harmony. Ten years later, the super-powered race is extinct and there are laws set in place if any are to be encountered. Report them or shoot them on sight. Being super powered is a disgrace and they are treated like freaks. Newly enhanced and strangers to society, these kids struggle to survive and blend in. Prone to ability hiccups, they cause havoc wherever they go and it's not long before the police are on their tail. Amongst the group drama soon arises. Many being the yin to the yang, arguments and fights bubble up, many due to disagreements on what to do or how to handle situations. Some refusing to become weak members of society and set on taking back their place as superiors to the human race, while others in the group just want to track down their families and live normal lives.
Soon after, they begin to discover that things aren't what they seem, and the strike of good luck that allowed them to escape might have been their doom. With many of them suffering symptoms due to the enhancement, society hating them wherever they go, the pain and suffering in the normal world being twice as hard as when they were in prison, and the struggle to find shelter and food, the race to getting back to the facility or splitting up begins. But before they ever have to make a decision, they make a shocking discovery that will make or break their dream of freedom.
THE CAST: The Leader [TAKEN]: Not always the decision maker, but the most responsible. You can trust the leader to make the hard decisions! This person will most likely clash with The Brain and The Bitch. Charismatic and motherly, the Leader will be the most in control of their enhanced abilities (and just so happen to be the most emotionally complicated.) The Leader will keep the others in check, feeling personally responsible for them even though they are not his or her responsibility. Self-righteous and slightly bossy, this person might come off as a slight control freak. They're quirky and a quick thinker, always juggling the outcomes of a situation before acting. Their bodily enhancement is their reflexes. Having the grace and flexibility of a gymnast, they are skilled with combat. The Muscle [TAKEN]: The most powerful by far, The Muscle will be prone to ability outbursts. Their emotions are more connected to their abilities than their brain is, and this can be a good and bad thing. The Muscle is extremely dangerous, the one to actually fear. The only one who could actually go against The Muscle and stand a chance would be The Leader, basically making them not get along very well. This person will rely heavily on their abilities, to the point of being completely reliant on them for everything. They can come off as slightly evil and a bit of an asshole, but also a giant teddy bear and a fatherly figure. Their bodily enhancement was their strength. Being able to lift up to ten time their weight, they're not called "The Muscle" for nothing. The Bitch [TAKEN]: The Bitch is.. well a bitch. A cocky son-of-a-gun, The Bitch is a lone wolf. Not really caring for the other group members, the level headed one will be the one that gets on this person's nerves. The Bitch will most likely be very careless and lazy, not eager to do any work if at all. They will not be there to support the group, and will always have one foot out the door. If anyone might backstab the group for their own gain, you can bet it's this person. Their bodily enhancement was wound regeneration. Wounds with this person can heal up to ten times faster than most people, making them great on the battlefield. They can take three times more hits than his or her comrades can, and can quickly heal and regenerate small limbs. (Like fingers and toes.)
The Level Headed [TAKEN]: The calm and collected member of the group. This individual will be relied upon to settle disagreements or to calm the others down in case of anything if the leader doesn't deal with it themselves. They will also be seen as the one people can find trustworthy of anything. This person will also be the support beam for the group, as in the one that keeps them together. Would get along with all members. For some reason the level headed one didn't get anything strangely..the others will cast this aside but the Brain and the Leader will be curious about it. The Brain[TAKEN]: The smartest one of the group relied upon for their tactical support and planning skills. They will most likely deal with the technical situations or problems that might arise. They will also be the sarcastic one that knows they are the smartest of them all. It is almost guaranteed that they will not get along with the muscle or the crazy. It will be their job to look at most things with an unbiased opinion. They received an enhanced neural capacity so that they are much more intelligent than originally. The Crazy [TAKEN]: The wild and wacky one that does things for no reason what so ever. They're willing to go to the extremes for the simplest things just to see what happens. It is possible they went through some screwed up stuff to get this way. They will most likely not get along with the Brains. This person will also be into some weird and freaky stuff. To what degree is up to you. Wouldn't get along with the leader for sure and might see a great friend in the muscle. The crazy received an increased in their regenerative abilities. Making so they heal small limbs and wounds much faster.

To Start Anew
Pinecreek is a small picturesque town in central California. Life here is peaceful and uneventful and everyone is quite happy. People all know each other on a first name basis, everyone helps eachother, it's quite a perfect place it seems. The keyword is 'seems'. 10 years ago, May 20th, 2010, all children 7 and under were kidnapped in the night. The strange thing though was that there was no evidence of struggles, no evidence of break ins, nothing, it was as if the children had just left of their own accord. Parents were heartbroken and the small town was left to mourn for their lost children.The children though, they had more to worry about than missing their parents. Terrified from their abduction and a long, silent ride in a car with strangers armed with guns claiming to be from the military, the children were herded into a little room, no bigger than the average elementary school classroom. The room was lined with bunk beds in neat rows and in the center of this all was a woman in white. She greeted them kindly, pretended like they were going to be happy here, that everything was alright and foolishly, they believed her. The next day, all the children but one were taken to a garden and were told to begin working, saying that they believed in self-suffciency. That night, the child whom didn't go to the gardens came back, sobbing and terrified, screaming at some invisible person to stay away from her, begging them not to stab her, hurt her, experiment on her. The next morning, she was found dead on her bed. This became their new reality, death, pain, work, all in the name of science, of mad doctors whom believed that they could create the perfect humans. Years and years of this passed by, the children growing older, more weary, more desperate. Finally, Year 9, Day 360, they seemed to have finally succeeded. A small group of children, some now teens, became the first 'perfect' humans. With a few side affects of course. Smarter, faster, stronger, more beautiful, this is exactly what these children were. Assured that they had done what they were meant to do, on Year 10, day 0, the doctors dropped the children right back where they came from. It was May 20th, 2020 and the parent's whom children were alive overjoyed to have the children back and the children were as well to be honest. They pretended to be okay, pretended that nothing bad had ever happened, that nothing ever changed and the parents went right along with it. The children are now about to be sent back into school but what will happen? Will they be overwhelmed by the ghosts of their past and sent back to the lab or will they be able to start anew?

×Personality× Lisa has never been a real kid, like many other children got to be. She was forced to grow up way faster than most and learned how to take care of herself. Even though she never went to school before, she is a very intelligent woman, who knows what she wants and gets it, but she is crazy. If you piss her off, she won't kill you ... Not right away, she would want you to feel everything and keep you alive as long as she can. Believe it or not, but Lisa can be a good person if she wants to, she's always loyal to her friends, but she won't trust you at first. She isn't scared to speak her mind and she even goes out of her was to claim people as her toy if she wants to. You'll learn that she's very good at getting what she wants. Lisa trust women more than men, but she might fall in love from time to time if she thinks she could trust the man.
×Short Bio× Lisa had a very hard time growing up, she hated her life since she was little. She had horrible parents who didn't love her, she always thought that they hated her actually. They would lock her in the closet for hours, without food or water and when she got out she had to clean the house, taking care of them. Her father was the worst of them both, beating her and forcing her to do things that she didn't want to do, like sell her body for money and steal. That's how Lisa started her life of crime. When she was 12 she got sick of it all and found the sharpest knife that they had before killing her mother while her father was gone, finding men that would pay him for using her. She stabbed her mother so violently that the knife broke and her mother looked deformed. Once she was done, she took everything that she could before running away before her father could find out what had happened. The only reason why she didn't kill her father is because she was scared of her father, way more than her mother. After a while a pimp took her in and made her work for him, but what he didn't know was what she was capable of.
Lisa became super violent and started to go on a killing spree, killing whoever she thought should die. Pimps, rapist, or anyone who has gotten away with hurting weaker people. For a tiny girl, her killings were very high and it was hard to get a hold of her. They did get her once, but she ended up escaping and going back to what she did best. After a while she met Samuel who became her partner in crime, selling drugs and killing the people she decided should die. Due to her crimes, she became a bit famous inside prison and outside. Nobody knows how many people she has killed, but its a very high number.

Plot 1: Alice Country Correctional Center
Welcome to Alice Country Correctional Center! You already know why you're here, don't be shocked that we finally got you and put you away. You had to know that this would have happened sooner or later. Anyway, enough of that! This prison is filled with sick bitches and people who straight up evil, some people might be innocent, but that's rare. This place contains the worst of the worst and some who have no idea what they're doing. There are many rules that you have to follow here or you will be punished, you don't really want that, do you? I didnt think so! Don't start to think that'll you'll sit around in your cell and eating, you'll be working everyday until you get out .... If you do that is. ☆Jobs☆ - Kitchen - Cleaning - Laundry
~Satan's Knights~ Satan's Knights are one of the strongest and largest gangs in the whole prison. The ones who join this gang are people who have killed at least three people, this gang is filled with many killers, who have also done many other crimes during their life outside of prison. This again is one of the most violent gang, if anybody messy with them, they will probably get killed or worst. The leader is probably the worst out of all of them. She uses people to get what she wants, the only way to knock the leader off the top is to kill her, which will be way harder than you think. Even if you do kill here you won't be the leader, the second in command is. Leader:   Second In Command:   Members: ~The Whisperers~ The Whisperers is probably the second most powerful gang in the prison, the gang is filled with psychos. Yes, you heard me correctly, it's filled with pyschos. The ones who eat people, save body parts, just straight up crazy. Even though these people should be in a mental hospital, they got sent here instead. You shouldn't mess with them either, they'll probably gather around you, like hungry wolves and eat you ... Alive. Some aren't as bad as Satan's Knights, but some can just as bad as them if you push them. This gang doesn't have as much people as the first, but they are very strong.
Leader: Second In Command: Members: ~Guards~ If you don't know what this is then you're not very bright, this isn't like the gangs above. These are the prison guards, they are on top of all of the gangs. If someone decides to act up while a guard is there, they are able to take them to the leader to decide their punishment. They get way more than anyone in the prison because they aren't prisoners. They get better food, their own room, if needed and many other things. A quick warning for you poor suckers, not all guards are good people. Just because they aren't prisoners doesn't mean they don't belong in prison. Some might actually rape the prisoners. At least try to act well if you're around them. Leader: Second In Command:   Members: ~Geeks~ This is the lowest of the low, it isn't a gang or anything like that. This is the new prisoners or the ones without any gangs. They sit there being lonely or think they are stronger with a gang.
