Does cutting make anyone else feel happier? Like after I cut and leave my room I’m on a high. The pressure that was once so overwhelming finally tones down enough for me to breathe but it doesn’t last so I have to continue to do it over and over again.

I was extremely depressed when I was trying to stop sh but I relapsed and I’m happy again I don’t think I ever want to stop tbh. I have figured out that people like me more when I’m sh but as soon as I stop no one wants to talk to me anymore.

Sorry if that is too weird or if I’m talking to much for anyone. I just feel better to have somewhere to finally talk without getting yelled at by someone or judged🤍
