• 2 cups water (or coconut water for extra potassium)
• 1/8 tsp sea salt
• Juice of ½ lemon or lime
* can use prepackaged lemon juice (100% lemon juice, not from concentrate or with additives)
• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
• Shake and chill

New month, new motivations, new goals.
I’m coming at August with a fresh perspective, throwing out the thought of ‘surely I wont keep gaining’ if I carry on as I am because logic and evidence is showing that’s not the case. I am overweight, my BMI tells the quick story of my lack of will power.
I need to keep reminding myself, I am the only person who can make the changes I want to see, sitting around wishing wont do anything.
I’m due to go back to college for a year in September, I’ve set the goal to get down from 140lbs to 130/125lbs over the next 4 to 6 weeks.
I don’t want to be in this same place in 6 weeks, crying off camera(lol) on Tumblr because I let myself down again.

(Yeah I had a slip-up with McDonald’s but I was having a bit of a stressful day. Also my bf asked what I had for lunch when I picked him up from work and he said it wasn’t enough, so we went to McDonald’s🥲😬 but I am lucky he cares)
