Krabi Trip Part 4 :)
You know what I love most about a holiday trip???
It’s the Breakfast buffet 😂🤣😅 I don’t know what’s in me but I love the smell of the toasted bread and the aroma of a newly brewed coffee.
Our hearts were full Krabi thank you for the warm welcome. Someday if given a chance we will be going back here hopefully with our piggy babies. Salamat Lord for this opportunity. Sawadeeka

Krabi Thailand Trip Part 3
My long over due post :) Photo Op in Bamboo Island Krabi Thailand.
We spent 40 minutes in this Island where some tourist took time to rest, eat, sun bathe and snorkel. Our Phi Phi Island Package Tour with Barracuda ended with a thirst quenching slice of watermelon :)
Kc and I decided to rest for a while after the Island hopping during our last day in Krabi. After that we headed back again to the town to taste some thai street food and western food for dinner. Capped of the night with a good thai massage.

Krabi,Thailand Trip Part 2
When we finally reached Maya Bay we took the opportunity of course to take photo like any other tourist will do.
See the crowd behind us and the many speed boat anchored in the sea, Maya Bay in Ko Phi Phi will be closing its door for rehabilitation like our very own Boracay Island. Good Thing we were able to see it before its temporary closure
Thailand’s Long Tail and Speed Boat
After 40 minutes of swimming and kodak moments, we headed back to the boat to bring us to the restaurant where we will going to eat lunch.
Our Buffet Lunch consist of Tom Yum Soup (my fave) of course ayaw na naman ni kc hahaha 🤨 Fish Fillet, Meat and Veggies plus Pineapple and Watermelon.
Right after eating our group went back to the boat and went on snorkelling to see the corals and fishes, but we opted not to do it as the husband wants his own snorkelling gear. 😂😂He’s quite irritated with me because when we went to Decathlon (sports wear store here in Singapore) he mentioned that we must buy the snorkelling gear but I told him maybe some other time since our trip is still long way to go hahaha. Ended up we weren’t able to go back in Bedok to buy it. Meanwhile when we checked from one of the diving stores in Aonang after our dinner during day 1, one gear will cost 60sgd. (So nevermind na lang hahaha mahal kasi)
Kc and Me while other tourist is snorkelling.
Last part of the Island Hopping is a 40 minute stay in Bamboo Island where we ate snacks, did some photo taking and swimming.
While on our way back to Aonang Beach for drop off. Our tour guide expressed his gratitude to all who participated the tour while giving a slice of watermelon to every tourist. 😍😋😍

Krabi, Thailand Trip Part 1
For being 8 years in our relationship, this is our first time to go out of the country riding a plane. Way back in th Philippines, the farthest place we’ve been is in Sagada Mountain Province during our 5th Year Anniversary. After our wedding we haven’t had the chance to go on honey moon, that’s why we have decided to make it on a later date by the time our PSA Marriage Certificate is out. Here in Singapore if you recently got married, you are entitled for a 3 days Marriage Leave and you can add it together with your Day Off. So we were given our Marriage Leave , day off plus our unused Public Holiday. Yey!
Booked our ticket almost one month in advance, because we were waiting for the release of my husband’s passport. We booked an Air Asia flight through Sky Scanner App, I think we were able to get it 160sgd each. I suggest you guys book 3 months in advance to avail the price drop. Our Hotel Accomodation which is Centara Anda Dhevi Resort that was recommended by my colleague, we reserved it two months earlier and we were able to get it for 200sgd 3 days and 2 nights plus buffet breakfast.
28 May 2018 we arrived at 1720H, from Krabi Aiport we rode a van going to the Hotel. We purchased the Phi Phi Island tour from him upon chit chatting on our way to Aonang. Upon arrival we were assisted by friendly staff locals and greeted as “Sawadeeka” and handed us a warm face towel and a refreshing drink. After unpacking our things and let the parents know we arrive safely in Thailand we headed to Aonang Beach, did some sight seeing and photo op. After that we decided to eat our dinner in the nearby restaurant. We ordered Thai Green Curry Chicken, Steak and Kaillan. I was supposed to order seafoods but then Kc is not fond of eating it. 😂😏
Immediately after eating we went back to the hotel and decided to take a dip in the pool for an hour, after that we ate again for our midnight snacks 🤣😂😂
We went to sleep 😂 excited for the next day. Waking up to the sound of rain, made me upset as it made me afraid and think twice whether we should proceed to the Phi Phi Island Tour. KC and I decided to eat our breakfast first hoping in our hearts the rain would stop so we could enjoy the view and safely enjoy our trip.
So long after two hours the rain stopped and we were picked up by the tour guide and dropped of in the meeting place. Together with other foreign tourist we all gathered and pay the environmental fee, registered our name and was given the Barracuda Green Baller to distinguish every tourist whether we are going to Phi Phi or Long Island Tour.
Photo Below: see how gloomy the weather. (Isip ko sa sarili ko lagot kami sa pinas pag may nangyari sa amin) 😂 Thank You Lord and to all our Fave Saints for the guidance.
After 40 minutes of bumpy boat ride, as in!! as if our intestine were detaching from our body. Thank heavens my migraine and motion sickness didn’t attack that time. We reached the Phi Phi Island and Maya Bay.

Growing Up
Back when I was a kid during our Foundation Day in school we are required to bring our own toys to play. I felt upset those times when I can’t have the toys that I want some of them were as follows: cash register, tamagochi, polly pocket, vtech computer and gameboy which most of my classmates have. I used to remember I just usually bring my jackstone and brick game to play with others.
My brother and I studied in a school run by a congregation of nuns and priest. I can still vividly remember everytime our examination is getting near our class advisers will call those names and who haven’t settled their quarterly dues and will let us stand.Haha I would always asked my parents to settle my fees first then after a week or 2 days before the test they will pay for my brother’s. Good thing my brother doesn’t have any issue with that.
Every morning our parents will send us to school using our second hand me down car from my papa’s aunt I was so shy then seeing others being sent by parents riding in an fx or van. While in the afternoon my brother and I had a service tricycle to fetch us from school to home
Hand Phone became famous way back in 1999 and most of my classmates had our phone. The latest during that time was the Nokia 5110 while me I have the Alcatel Phone bought by my parents which I enjoyed using until I graduated from Primary. At one point, my classmates will always compare what brand we have with each other.
Now that I am old enough I realized that my brother and I were lucky enough to have our parents for sending us to good school. That one is enough to pacify me for all the hate and envy I had. We may not have enough material things to enjoy or the latest gadgets and toys nor an expensive family car I can say that life is not all about money. It is seeing the intangible out of the tangible things.

Nagbabalik Loob :)
It’s really been a long while since I last posted here. Almost 3 years has passed by when I started working here in Singapore as a nurse together with my fiance then now husband. The first two years was a struggle for both of us at work and at home here in overseas. Coping with different work flow, the language barrier, the means of transpo and it’s rules, the food (should I mention the unli curry and chili) the different races and culture of our colleagues and patient and last but not the least the home sickness. 🤭 Thank heavens for the fast internet here, that with one click away we are able to call our respective families in ph. The Lord has been good to us with our God given angel formed into humans who helped us reached our dreams, although things has changed a lot right now we are and always be forever grateful for all the opportunities and helped given to us. (You know guys who you are)
Photo below is our first visit at Marina Bay in June 2015.

Quote
Give up defining yourself - to yourself or to others. You won’t die. You will come to life. And don’t be concerned with how others define you. When they define you, they are limiting themselves, so it’s their problem. Whenever you interact with people, don’t be there primarily as a function or a role, but as the field of conscious presence. You can only lose something that you have, but you cannot lose something that you are.

The meaning of life is just to be alive. It is so plain and so obvious and so simple. And yet, everybody rushes around in a great panic as if it were necessary to achieve something beyond themselves.
