On The Topic Of Board Games
Have a board or card game that you just love? feel free to bring it along to the reception, and have a round or two with some new (or old) friends. There will already be a selection of games available, but we'd love to see your family's favorites right beside ours! Not all of us are dancers, after all, and that's okay too!
(you are also invited to bring your magic: the gathering cards, and any other "niche" game you can think of! we're all ready to learn your house rules, and to have fun doing it.)

what is the parking situation?
We have a variety of parking options for over 100 cars. A majority of the parking is located in our free above-ground parking lot. There is free street parking on 8th Ave and across the street from the Spaces. Check our parking map for more details. Please ensure you do not park in any designated or restricted parking area.
There is a 300 car pay lot located on the west side of Willowglen Business Park accessible from 8th Ave.

The Details
The Ceremony
Ranger and Jared are already legally married, but would like to read their vows for you, with a designated time for kind words and short speeches afterwards. You will not need to sit for long, and there will be much to do- dancing, games, snacks, with lovely company. At High Noon, the ceremony will commence- but you are more than welcome to come by anytime after 11AM.
The Food
A grazing board with various meats, cheeses, fruits, appetizers, spreads, and sweets will be available throughout the event. We will provide all, but if you would like to donate something special to the board in lieu of a gift, we'd love that! Please be sure to mark any allergens in your item, if so! There will also be a toonie bar on site with a few specialty cocktails for your enjoyment.
The Dress Code
There is no formal dress code for this event, but the colour scheme is deep green, purple, and gold. The groomsfolk will be dressed formally, with some fantasy elements as well. Have fun, wear something you don't get to wear often, and make sure to stay warm!
The Music
The groomsfolk have all made a collaborative playlist for the event, but if you'd like for us to play your song, we'd love to hear it! just send it to the "ask" tab here on the site and we'll add it to the que.
The Accessibility:
The venue itself is wheelchair accessible, but if you have any other concerns or questions please feel free email Ranger at [email protected]. we want to make this event as easy to access as possible, and dont want anyone to be left out.
The Building
We will be in the Oak Room of the Evergreen Community SPACES, and will have access to their bar service and foyer for the duration of the event itself. If you have any questions, their website is linked below. Carpooling, or taking transit is suggested, as parking might get a little tight.
