thinking once again about your Rainbow Ranch AU and Vio. Thinking about him working too long and falling asleep at his desk, then waking up later tucked in bed with his boyfriends cuddling him into sleeping late ❤️

Good to know I'm not the only one with this AU buzzing around inside their head haha! ^^

This scenario probably happens a lot honestly. Before the others showed up, Vio just kinda fell asleep wherever wouldn't kill him (so like, everywhere except the uncovered ground or near hostile slimes). Once Shadow showed up, he started making more of an effort to at least pass out somewhere on the ranch, but research into the Ancient Ruins kept him distracted. Neither Shadow nor Red could actually carry Vio, so whenever they found him like that, they'd just run off to get pillows and blankets and treat it like an impromptu camping trip.

Things changed slightly once Green and Blue arrived. Falling asleep outside became Not Allowed on account of being dangerous, so they mostly find him either in his lab or somewhere in the house now. Both Green and Blue are able to pick him up, which makes moving him to an actual bed way easier. Waking up surrounded by everyone is just to be expected.

Red and Shadow don't need an excuse to be clingy, they'll wander into someone else's room more often than not and hunker down. Green will stay in his own room unless lured to another (which isn't difficult), and Blue, despite what he wants the others to believe, got too used to having at least one other person around, so he (not so) discreetly seeks out company.

Vio usually just wakes up in these situations and doesn't question it. Though he doesn't look it, he likes constant contact with people. He may or may not be touch-starved. The others may or may not be aware of this, and may or may not cuddle up to him on purpose. :)

Y'all really have no excuse for misgendering the cookies-

My 12 year old brother asked me what Ovenbreak gameplay looked like(since he only plays Kingdom) so I pulled up Roguefort's trial on YouTube and my 7 year old brother came into the room and started asking me about Roguefort.

He, a SEVEN YEAR OLD, was able to pick up on me using They/Them for Roguefort and used it when asking questions about them, you guys really have no excuse when misgendering the canon nonbinary characters (I'm especially looking at y'all who use he/him for Pitaya)
