As someone who has gone through depression and is an artist (writer/singer/actor) myself, this episode means so much to me.

Did this with season 3 being the end. I discovered Animaniacs when I was in a very bad place, and both the original and the reboot have helped me stay sane during the hardest three years of my life. While I was already pursuing illustration beforehand, this show effectively changed the trajectory of my life by making me realise that I wanted to be an animator. I'm so grateful for the friends I've made and the inspiration I've found through this silly cartoon.

Rob Paulsen is one of the greatest voice actors working today, and "A Brief History of History" proves it. My jaw dropped the first time I heard that vocal run. It was so beautiful!🥹
Can we all just appreciate the fact that Rob Paulsen, a 65-year-old man who overcame throat cancer effortlessly hit a C#5 note while performing a beautiful vocal run in character voice? God damn!
The fact he went through throat cancer, went back to his profession alone and is still doing voice work AND singing at those notes is earning my respect full force.
But yes, the man hit that note like a bell and it sounded absolutely wonderful.
