how do i get .rar files into my game?

Like if CC is in a .rar format how do you unpackage them?There's a variety of progams you can use to unzip/unpackage .rar and .zip files, but I personally use WinRar. But there are others if you aren't comfortable with WinRar.

how do i get a downloaded sim into my game/..???

Welll it depends on what format the sim has been uploaded. For my sims (and a lot of others one that I download and use) the sim is put into a .sim type file. For those, you should find a folder under Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 called "SavedSims". (If you don't have one, just make one. But don't put a space. Put it as I have it above in partheses). Annnd you just take that file and drop it into that folder, and in CAS your downloaded sims should show up in the bin! But be sure to download all the CC associated with that sim so he/she wont' crash your game. 

And for sims who are uploaded in a .sims3pack type format just click  it twice or open or whatever, and it'll bring you to game launcher where you it'll place he sim in your bin in CAS. :)

Can you guys help me out?

I love this community. And I just thought since I'm having problems writing my essay, maybe you guys could help with your own opinions and background knowledge maybe. I'll put the details in a read more.

Okay, so I was supposed to choose a philosophical topic to write about. And I was going to write about Rene Descartes theory of the separation of my mind and body. But after listening to others papers on Monday (I'm turning it in late) I decided to try the subject of God. Now most people did the subject of God's existence. 

While I do doubt his existence, personally. I don't want to address that. I want to address whether he is all knowing and all powerful and really has foreknowledge. After listening to my teacher debate with the students, trying to get them to strengthen their arguments, no one really had an answer as to why he would have us here and give us "free will" if he already knew what we were going to do. So my argument is, he doesn't know! 

I'm trying to argue that he is just experimenting with the Earth to see how we would react to certain things, which might explain why he sometimes does interfere (according to Christian dogma) with our lives. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to further my argument? Preferably rooted in theories from philosophers. 

And any counter arguments would be helpful too. Please help if you can if you have any opinions or anything that will help me strengthen my argument. Thank you so much. I might even reward you guys with sims or something. I just would really like help.

I want to open up the Sims. But I have to leave at 3:20 and it's like 2:55 and I really hate this class because my teacher fucking hates me and she's such a bitch to me and ughaldfkjdlkfjd. She annoys the fuck out of me. 

She's an author and an english/humanities teacher who doesn't like Edgar Allen Poe and when she gave us this list of 20th century people to do a project on, Arthur Miller wasn't in their. And neither was Zora Neale Hurston or Maya Angelou. (I personally don't like Hurston's writing, but I do respect her and her work and how she helped out the world culturally). But ugh. I just cannot stand this woman. 

Sorry for my nonsim rant. When I get home I'll post some of Ashton. I've been neglecting her. :(
