So today It’s 3 months after I got an ankle surgery, it’s been the longes and hardest 3 months I’ve lived so far.
For starters I wasn’t prepare for such a long process of healing; After 3 months I’m able to walk but I’m limping , I’m not walking right and that leads to other muscles and bones to hurt, so every day there is a new thing that hurts. I barely started to actually do physical therapy exercises so I’m hoping that by doing this and being consistent with it I’ll see improvements soon, I’m hoping not more than 1 or 2 months.
So today it has been about 6 months post operation and I can tell you this pass three months hasn’t been has hard on my as I thought.
I’ve been back to work and I can hang more, meaning I can walk longer distances for a longer period of time.
I still need lots of work on my ankle but I’m happy to say that I’m eating better and healthier than before and I’m also going to the gym 4-5 days a week, of course I’m going easy on my legs but this week I’m gonna start to incorporate more intensity on my training. Still need to quit vaping I’m not proud of saying that. Life is good but it can be better, I’m gonna make it better.
