Dear friends, I want to share with you my impressions from Edmond Rostand's piece called Cyrano de Bergerac.
Format show. The spectacle was seen in format of the Theatre HD. I’ve never been in Theatre HD. It’s so good to we live in the time which people can dive in an theatre atmosphere, for example the Playhouse Theatre in London.
Language. The spectacle was seen in English language. It was my first spectacle in English. During the spectacle an actors spoke as literary English as English with different accents, for example, Scottish and Arabian. But that's not all. Usually English is a very simple dish. English is as a vegetarian dish. It is very simple, organic and useful. However, this time English was filled languages spices. They were F-words and C-words. Sometimes It created additional feelings of the real life.
Actors ' game. Scottish actor James McAvoy was just brilliant. He showed the image of his hero very exactly. Cyrano is an incredibly energetic, brave and creative person. He is fill intellectual and physical strength. He makes sacrifices for his love. He gives up his desires, dreams and makes a painful choice for a favorite woman. In some scenes, the emotions are so strong that we see like James is crying. This is the pinnacle of acting skills because it is difficult for a man, for example. It is a theatre’s feature. The cinema doesn’t have such feature. In the cinema an actors can just put drops in their eyes before a motion pictures take, but there is non-stop story, diving and sincere faith in a story. Play in a theatre is more difficult than in a cinema.
It was an amazing show!
I recommend it to everyone!

Today I want to tell you about the story of this photograph. This is a photograph of my great-great-grandfather. His name is Ivan Lavrenov. He was a just guy who grew up in a small village. He was a don Cossack from the village Filonovskaya of Khopersky district of Don Oblast. Two of years ago before the outbreak of the First World War he met a beautiful aristocrat women called Elizaveta who was from a wealthy family and was the only daughter. He treated Elizaveta for two years. In 1914 he proposed to make her his wife. She answered proudly ‘No’ when he only was giving her a ring with her name. However, her words couldn’t take away his hope for the future with her. She thought he was no match for her. Then he decided to enter to the Imperial Russian Army and he went to Elizaveta to say ‘Good buy’. In meeting she was joking about him ‘if you get a medal I'll get to marry you’. After that Ivan moved to the Caucasian front of the World War I. Before the War He has never been on Caucasus. There he saw the most beautiful mountains in the world. There he was a participant of some battles of the Caucasian front. For example, he fought with Turkish soldiers in the Battle of Sarakamysh.
