I dunno why I answered this in such a professional manner but then I remembered it was because I was in the middle of drawing Sweetheart and Bitterbat and I tend to respond really to the point with asks when I'm drawing.

ANYWAYS - I LOVED PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE I DON'T WANT TO BE A MAGICAL GIRL

It gave me the same charming vibes as Turning Red with the awkward children in a mundane setting dealing with non-mundane things.

It was very cool to finally see all the characters that I had been seeing in doodles and mini comics finally voiced and moving around. I especially loved all their voices - my favorites being Zira, Eclipse and Aika.

I also love the mini gag of Hoshi just phasing through some girl's stomach with that ominous ass music queue.

I have no idea if there is anymore planned for the series in terms of animations (I know there will be more art) but I will def be consuming more of this content.

It's nice to have a series touching on a magical girl who is tired of being a magical girl but there's a level of appreciation for the genre so it's not mean spirited. It KNOWS what it's parodying so all the jokes land pretty solid.

I think my favorite bit that is stuck in my head has to be Eclipse saying "Please. I need this" when asking for some praise from the villainess. That line delivery just sent me.

YEP - I liked it. I've been following the creation from the very first doodle of Aika so it's super neat to see it evolve into a whole pilot.

Veyr cute, especially the flip of having the magical girl transformaton be Aika untransforming.

Also loved seeing her breaking Eclipse's knees with a pipe.

OVERALL - Very refreshing in terms of indie animation.

Redesigning Sonic and some of the crew because I got an idea in my head for a simple story following Sonic becoming friends with a human in the same vein as Sonic X because I want to heal my inner child

What do u think of the Sonic movies? Do u like them?

I enjoy them - though the third is the best out of the bunch. Not to say the others are bad - they are honestly really creative in how they are adapting the Sonic franchise (at least with what I know about it as a kid who grew up mainly playing Sonic Heroes and Sonic Advance 3 and watching Sonic X.

They remind me of early 2000s films that I grew up with so they are nostalgic.

Plus they're meant for the newer generation so I don't really mind the corny childish jokes BECAUSE I REMEMBER THE FILMS I GREW UP WITH HAVING CORNY CHILDISH JOKES IN 'EM

Hi, sorry, I'm the one who asked about Thorn Rose in your other blog. If you can, I'd love to hear a bit more about Thorn Rose and her friends, her cast seemed really fun.

They were an old group of fan characters I made a long time ago so they don't have very deep lore that I can recall or as much ramblings I can really provide compared to my other OCs. And the only one I can REALLY ramble about is Thorn herself since she had the most to her.

BASICALLY Thorn Rose was born in an alternate universe where Maleficent followed a similar story route like the live action film (as well as many other Disney villains having some redemption arcs tied to them). Thorn was created by Maleficent concocting her in a caldron (as I just couldn't imagine her make a child the traditional way, she is too iconic and no one reaches her standards in my eyes)

Thorn Rose is raised in this timeline up to her young adult age and that's when she starts to dabble more with magic. She winds up casting a spell that sucked her up in a portal and tosses her into a universe similar to the one we are more familiar with where all the villains are still villains but the heroes winded up having next gens of their own.

Here, she is a fish out of water because everyone views her to be a monster and danger similar to Maleficent. The rest of her story was her traversing through Disney worlds on a sort of Kingdom Hearts beat and meeting some next gen along the way.

I didn't do much else with the story since I realized I'd have to make more next gen for like...all the Disney couples and I only cared about Hercules, Meg, Tiana, and Naveen...Apple was just made because I think Snow White has a really good and iconic Disney design.

BUT THAT'S ABOUT ALL THAT WAS TO HER

I think if I did touch on her story again, I'd probably scrap the other next gens and just have Thorn Rose going through Disney worlds by herself with maybe a COUPLE or newly made fan characters.

I've also learned between the years of me making Thorn Rose and now that the Disney Fandom tends to ship Hades and Maleficent together and it'd be fun to put him in a sort of wacky father figure situation.

ANYWAYS - not a whole lot of lore to share so have this Thorn Rose chibi I drew just now

Static is the Sonic character little me needed as a kid who wanted to run as fast as Sonic but also couldn't run long distances for SHIT without feeling like they were about to die and needed a solid 15 min or more before they fully recovered

Static can run but in very short bursts and it takes a lot of energy outta them so they basically drop right the and there for a nap.

The longer and farther they run, the longer they sleep.
