Pokémon Trainer OC #5 (Sinnoh)

Ok so going onto the fifth pokemon trainer OC and I am going to keep the same rules as the previous OCs of only using pokemon found in Sinnoh, being able to use Pre-evolution and evolutions of Sinnoh pokemon that are found in future generations in this trainer's team, being able to use regional variations of Sinnoh in the trainer's team, and assuming Gen 9 pokemon battle mechanics.

Actual Character

Ok so this character is from Sinnoh, and their name is Luna Emily who is 5'5" and is roughly 144 pounds. Luna is a 21 years old female and goes by she/they pronouns. Luna has a profession as a historian and they usually ride on public transportation such as busses, boats, and planes. they have a skin tone like Milk, maple blond hair usually set up in a loose bang bun, brown eyes, and wears a somewhat adventure-esc outfit

This is the best I could do in terms of looks using Hero Forge

Her Pokémon Team

Yggdrasil the Torterra. Gained from Professor Rowan as a Turtwig, Yggdrasil has the Jolly Nature, with the Loaded Dice held item, and the Overgrown Ability. and as for their moveset they have they are Shell Smash, Wood Hammer, Headlong Rush, and Rock Blast.

Volcannon the Magmortar. The Second pokemon on Luna's Team is Volcannon the Magmortar, they have the Heavy-duty boots, the flame body ability, a timid nature, and the moveset of Fire Blast, Scorching Sands, Thunderbolt, and Knock off. finally they got Volcannon as a magby from route 227

Fin the Floatzel: the third pokemon on this team is Fin the Floatzel. it has the Jolly Nature, the Water Veil Ability, and the Leftovers Item. in addition it's moveset is Bulk Up, Wave Crash, Ice Spinner, and Aqua Jet. and Luna met Fin as a on route 213

Ranmaru the Lucario: When it comes to Luna's forth pokemon it is Ranmaru the Lucario, it has the Inner Focus ability, Ability Shield Held Item, and the moveset for Ranmaru is Swords Dance, Close Combat, Meteor Mash, and Crunch. and Luna was given Ranmaru as a Riolu from Riley

Concorde the Staraptor: The fifth member of Luna's Team is Concorde the Staraptor. they hace a Jolly Nature, the Intimidate ability, and hold the Sharp Beak item. as for their moveset it is Brave Bird, Roost, U-Turn, and Close Combat. and they got Concorde on route 201 as a Starly.

Sparx the Luxray: The Final member of Luna's team is Sparx the Luxray. Sparx would have the Adamant Nature, holds a Flame Orb, and has the Guts ability. in addition they have the moveset of Wild Charge, Crunch, Superpower, and Facade. finally Luna had met Sparx on route 202

Other Info

outside of their typical work as a Historian Luna does contests at the local contest halls of whatever region and town she is in.

the specific museum that Luna works in is the Eterna Historical Museum, but she will work at other museums (such as the Luminose Museum) to do presentations if she gets the OK from her boss.

Luna is also the person who is behind any sort of special events whenever she is at the Eterna Historical Museum, so whether it is a Gala, a special lunch in, or something else, Luna would most likely be behind it

given how often Luna utilizes Public Transportation, She has a card that allows her to get onto any form of public transportation that takes it.

While on the public transportation, Luna usually listens to different types of music and podcasts, whether it is something educational like the pokemon version of Extra History or History Summarized or music like from compozers like the pokemon versions of Wolfgang Amudeus Mozart or Ludwig van Beethoven, but basically so long as she can listen in to it while on the go and she is golden

Pokemon Trainer OC 4 (Orre)

So when it comes to the usual speal I am only going to use pokemon found in the Orre Region, Evolutions and Pre-Evolutions of pokemon found in Orre, and regional variations of pokemon found in Orre, and additionally I am assuming Gen 9 battle mechanics

Character Information

Alright so the Pokémon Trainer OC from the Orre are named Lykos Nikolaev, He is a 6' 0", 177 pound 20 year old male who goes by He/Him pronouns, with their main job is a traveling craftsmen with their main mode of transport is a Pickup Truck. They have Paprika red hair that is done up with dreadlocks, Brown eyes, a deep mahogany skin tone. and their usual outfit is a short sleeved tunic, a pair of jeans, a pair of Clocksmith boots, a pair of Blacksmith's gloves, and a blacksmith's apron, and he also has a ball peen hammer and a pair of tongs are usually on his belt. Also though he does not always wear them Lykos does have a snag machine and a special set of glasses so that in the small chance a trainer has a shadow pokemon, either gotten through a process of "shutting the door to a pokemon's heart" to paraphrase bulbapedia or through some sort of black market deal, and helps rehabilitate and purify the pokemon to what it was before it became a shadow pokemon

His Pokémon Team

Lanayru the Flygon - The first pokemon on Lykos' team is Lanayru the Flygon, gotten as a gift from a sibling of theirs. Lanayru has a Jolly Nature, the Levitate ability, and the Loaded Dice held item. as for the moveset that Lanayru has is Dragon Dance, Scale Shot, Earthquake, and Fire Punch

Juggernaut the Aggron - The second pokemon on Lykos' team is Juggernaut the Aggron, gained as an Aron at the Cave poke spot in Orre. the have a careful nature, Rock Head ability, and the Leftovers held item. and as for their moveset it is Stealth Rock, Heavy Slam, Head Smash, and Protect

Mustang the Rapidash - the third pokemon on Lykos' team is Mustang the Rapidash, which Lykos had snagged off of a Cipher Grunt who had Mustang, using the before mentioned Snag Machine, and helped purify the shadows out of their heart. they have the Jolly Nature, the Flame Body ability, and the Heavy Duty Boots held Item. they also have moves Flare Blitz, High Horsepower, Morning Sun, and Will-I-Wisp.

Bruce the Hitmonlee - the fourth pokemon on Lykos' team is Bruce the Hitmonlee, which similar to Mustang, Lykos had snagged Bruce off of a Team Cipher grunt using the Snag machine and helped purify the shadows out of their heart. Bruce also has the Jolly Nature and the Heavy Duty Boots, but they have the Limber ability. and their moveset is Swords Dance, High Jump Kick, Knock Off, and Rapid Spin.

Spring the Jumpluff - the fifth pokemon on Lykos' team is Spring the Jumpluff. They were gotten as a Hoppip in the Oasis Poke Spot in the Orre region. They have the Jolly Nature as well. As for their ability it is the Infiltrator ability, and they have a Lum Berry as their held item. as for their moveset it is Giga Drain, Strength Sap, U-Turn, and Acrobatics

Denis the shadow Tauros (Kantonian) - The Last pokemon on Lykos' team is a Kantonian Turos, now this pokemon is still a shadow pokemon that Lykos is still trying to purify the shadows out ouf. it has a Naive nature, the intimidate ability, and holds the life orb. as for it's moveset it has Shadow Rush, Shadow Hold, Shadow Shed, and Shadow Sky

Other Info

Though it isn't apart of his work Lykos has access to the Purify Chamber under the Pokémon HQ Lab so that if he needs to purify a pokemon but isn't able to handle a particular pokemon then he will entrust the pokemon to the team at the lab to use the machine to help purify the pokemon

when it comes to the crafts that he does, Lykos does custom pokeball cases, different types of jewelry, and other stuff like that.

Lykos also does have a home forge it the Orre city of Gateon Port, having set up shop there so that if he has custom orders in other regions then he can just send it off on one of the outgoing ships.

if given the specs for it and given enough time Lykos can make any cosplay weapon or armor that a person needs, and delivers it upon full payment.

Lykos does occasionally get phone calls for if there is ever a team Cipher or any other evil team grunt that might be using a shadow pokemon that he needs to go defeat, and the person/people calling him usually giving him a bounty to be going after the evil team grunts.

Pokémon Trainer 3 (Hoenn)

Ok, this is my third Pokémon Trainer OC, with this one being based in Hoenn. To keep up with the other Pokémon Trainer OCs, I am going to be using the same rules for team building like the other characters of using only using pokemon found in the region, using Pre-evolutions and Evolutions introduced in future games of the pokemon found in the Hoenn Region, and using Regional Forms of the Hoenn Pokémon, along side continuing to assume Gen 9 pokemon battle mechanics

For the Trainer themselves they are named Avery Hughes, they 5' 6.5" 155 pound 22 year old Fem-Presenting Non-binary Person who uses They/Them pronouns and their main job is that of a Mechanic and they ride around in a Semi Truck with a Mobile Shop in the Semi Trailer that they personally upgraded. they have Long Dyed Grey Hair with an undercut that they usually put up into a Top Knot, an amber like skin tone and an extremely muscular build, or at least as muscular as you can get with doing automotive, Marine, and Aircraft mechanic jobs, and they do have a mechanical Left arm and right leg. and the clothes that they wear is a pair of Mechanic's Goggles, a Cyberpunk Respirator, a button up dress shirt, a pair of Mechanic's gloves, some studded jeans, and a pair of work shoes.

Their Pokémon Team

Blaze the Blaziken - The first pokemon that Avery had gotten, getting them from professor birch. Blaze would have a Jolley Nature, the Speed Boost ability, and the Leftovers held item. and their moveset is Swords Dance, Close Combat, Flare Blitz, and Protect.

Chloe the Kyogre - the Second Pokémon on Avery's Team, they got Kyogre since Avery has a great respect the Sea despite what their job might make some think on the contrary. but sensing this, and after send Avery on a few quests to test their worthiness, Kyogre would join Avery's Team. Kyogre has a modest nature, the Drizzle ability, and holds the Blue Orb Held Item which allows Kyogre to perform Primal Reversion changing their ability from Drizzle to Primordial Sea. and their moveset is Calm Mind, Ice Beam, Origin Pulse, and Thunder.

Django the Cacturne - the third pokemon on Avery's team, Avery got Django while they were Cacnea from a Day Care worker saying that it was abandoned with the trainer never coming back to get it, and after Django agreed to go with Avery and Avery signing the paperwork to do so Gained Django onto their team. they have a naughty nature, the Water Absorb ability, and the Life Orb held item. the moveset that Django has is Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Leaf Storm, and Spikey Shield

Leviathan the Steelix - The fourth Pokémon on Avery's team, they got Steelix while it was an Onix in Granite Cave, before having a friend agree to help evolve Leviathan from an Onix to a Steelix. Leviathan's nature is a Careful Nature, the Sturdy Ability, and the Leftovers item. as for the moveset Leviathan has is Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Heavy Slam, and Toxic.

Ace the Swellow - the fifth pokemon on Ace's team, and they caught them as a Taillow on route 104, and Ace helps with advertisement. The nature that Ace has is Timid, as well as having the Scrappy ability and Choice Specs held item. they also have the moveset of Boomburst, U-Turn, Heat Wave, and Air Slash

Asmodeus the Dusknoir - caught as a Duskull in Mt. Pyre, Avery would make sure to take care of Asmodeus as well as she can. for their Nature it is Adamant, as well as having the Pressure Ability and the Leftovers item. as for their moveset it is Substitute, Poltergeist, Focus Punch, and Shadow Sneak.

Other Information

When it comes to the Semi Truck and Trailer that Avery's Mobile shop is in, as mentioned before, does have different upgrades that the had applied themselves such as upgrade to the Trucks Armor, Engine, and Suspension, as well as things like better chassis and extra lights like Fog Lights. they also have upgrades that allow the shop to be amphibious as well as being able to fly through the air if needed, with Avery having the proper certifications to operate Land, Sea, and Sky Vehicles.

Avery also has all the proper certification to work on and repairs whatever vehicles needs working on when it comes to things like upgrades, repairs, and maintenance amongst other things when it comes to vehicles of all kinds whether Land, Sea, or Sky

Avery has Partnerships in every Town and City that has a mechanic in them so that if they need to do some stuff that requires equipment that only an shops like an auto repair shop has (like a car lift for an example) they would be able to utilize the equipment whenever they need it so long as they call in ahead of time.

Avery does have a car winch so that if they need to get a motor vehicle into their shop they can. additionally, if the Vehicle in question requires a tool that their shop can not support and needs to be taken to a stationary shop they will offer to take the vehicle, and the vehicles owner, to the stationary shop in the next town/city if wanted.

Avery does take on pokemon battles whenever they are at a spot in terms of work where they have no one looking for any work on their vehicles, and it does help with funds if they are running low.

Pokémon Trainer OC 2 (Johto)

OK this is the second OC that I am making for the Pokémon Universe, and I am going to be using the same rules for team building like the other characters of using only using pokemon found in the region, using Pre-evolutions and Evolutions introduced in future games of the pokemon found in the Johto Region, and using Regional Forms of the Johto Pokémon, along side continuing to assume Gen 9 pokemon battle mechanics

For the Character their name is Lilliana "Lily" von Gotha, they are a 5'4" 140 pound 24 female who goes by She/They pronouns and her main job is that of a Novel Writer. and rides around on a green Vespa. They have long, waist length hair that they typically wear in long set of braids, Grey eye, and Umber Skin tone. and in terms of builds, she does have a more ectomorph build but she is still able to carry around a good amout of weight. as for their typical outfit the best way that I can describe it is a from top to bottom is that they where a baseball cap, a pair of circular lensless glasses, a blouse shirt with a sleeveless hoodie, a tiered skirt, and a pair of Tennis Shoes, all of which having a Black and Purple theme to it, she also carries around a Messenger Bag that has her writing stuff in it

Her Pokémon Team

Steve the Feraligatr - The first pokemon that Lily had ever gotten from Professor Elm, Steve has the Adamant Nature, the Sheer Force Ability, and holds the Life Orb. and their moves is that of Dragon Dance, Liquidation, Ice Punch, and Crunch

Cerberus the Houndoom - Gained as a houndour while it was still considered a baby, Lily would help train them up to help out in battles. Cerberus has a Timid Nature, along side the Flash Fire ability and the Focus Sash Held Item. additionally the moveset that Cerberus has is Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, and Overheat.

Sparx the Yanmega - Gained as a Yanma on route 35, they would catch them to help with the type coverage. Sparx has a Modest nature, the ability Tinted Lens, and the Heavy-Duty Boots Held Item. and their moveset is Swords Dance, Bug Buzz, Air Slash, and Psychic

Drago the Dragonite - Gained at the Goldenrod Game Center as a Dratini for 2,100 coins, and though Drago was smaller than the average Dratini, Lily would feed and help train it to make sure that it grew up big and strong when it eventually evolved into Dragonite. it has an Impish nature, the Multiscale ability, and having the Clear Amulet item. and as for the moveset Drago has it is Earthquake, Dragon Rush, Iron Head, and Thunder.

Mia the Hitmonchan - Lily gained Mia from Kiyo of the Fighting Dojo and helped make sure that Mia was happy and powerful when they became a Hitmonchan. Mia has the adamant nature, the iron fist ability, and the assault vest held item. and they have the moves of Drain Punch, Knock Off, Mach Punch, and Rapid Spin.

Luna the Ursaluna - Finally is Luna the Ursaluna. Lily had gained Luna when Luna was still a Teddiursa in Mt. Silver's Cave, and after catching it would train it up to an Ursaring and after gaining a peat block from a merchant in Catallia City would evolve Luna one more time into Ursaluna. Luna has a Brave nature, the guts ability, and the flame orb held item. and their moveset is Swords Dance, Facade, Headlong Rush, and Fire Punch.

Other Info for the Character

the books that Lily writes are mostly Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Romance books, and usually puts some level of research into the stuff she is writing about before including it so that she can best represent.

Lily also often times writes in Cafes, Coffee Shops, dinners, bakeries, and other businesses, especially if they allow her to have her pokemon out, since it allows her to have stuff to eat whenever she writes.

though she sees the reason why some people use Pen and Paper to write Lily prefers to write on a computer because she can send off her drafts and manuscripts to the publishing staff she's working with and receive any notes back so that she can properly edit it herself, mostly so that she doesn't need to worry about it getting lost in the mail or something like that.

whenever Lily is waiting for the publisher's notes back, Lily usually travels between cities and towns assuming that she doesn't have stuff to do in the city that she is currently in. such as traveling from Mahogany Town to Blackthorn City if she isn't taking on the Mahogany Town Gym.

Though she does get a pretty decent hourly wage from the publishing company she works with along side gaining roughly 35-50% of royalties from the books that she publishes depending on what format the book is, Lily still does Pokémon battle to help subsidies the missing income, doing both official battles in the middle of the city square (if an official event is going on) or entering tournaments in whatever city she is in, and usually getting a good portion of the pot in the events she enters.

Pokémon Trainer OC (Kanto)

OK so I have seen some folks, both on here and on other platforms as well, make some really cool original characters and I wanted to make one for the pokemon region of Kanto.

Also a Quick note before we go into this character, when it comes to this character's team I am going to strictly stay with pokemon that are A) catchable in a Kanto game, so for an example I could catch an arcanine if I wanted to since it is in a kanto pokemon but I couldn't catch say an Oshawatt since it isn't in one of the Kanto game. I am also going to, through technicality, allow Meltan and Melmetal as possible team members since the player character in the let's go games. B) I am also allowing my character to use an evolution or pre evolution of a pre-existing kanto pokemon, so think of Pichu, Electivire, and Annihilape as three examples, though they are not introduced in a Kanto game, they are apart of the same evolutionary lines of pokemon in kanto games. C ) finally I am allowing Regional Variants, since in the Let's Go games for an example you are able to trade say a kantonian ratata for an alolan ratata.

Also, though not technically about the pokemon I am going to use the Gen 9 battle mechanics since (to steal the words of MandJTV) it is going to be difficult to look at a non gen 1 Pokémon's moveset in a gen 1 game since they were not in a gen 1 game, so due to that I am assuming gen 9 battle mechanics. Also though yes there is mega evolution in the Let's Go Kanto Games I am not including it

Now onto the actual Character

The name of the character is gonna be Alexander "Alex" Belmont, and they are a 5'7", 200 pound 23 year old male who goes by He/They pronouns and who's main job is a Courier who rides around on a motorcycle. they have brown hair that's usually up in a bun and a brown beard, emerald green eyes, a somewhat muscular build due to all the packages they carry around, and have a sort of warm peach skin tone to them. their general outfit is that of a black tee-shirt with a graphic of his starter, along side a Mahogany Duster Jacker, Green Cargo Pants, and a pair of Black Boots.

The Above Picture was made using Hero Forge and is what I generally see Alexander as looking like in terms of appearance

As for their team it is as followed

Vines the Venasuar - This is the first pokemon that Alexander ever had on his team. Alex got them from Professor Oak so that they could go do the Gym challenge. additionally Vines has the Timid Nature, the Overgrow Ability, and the moves Leaf Storms, Sludge Bomb, Earth Power, and Synthesis. it also holds the Heavy-Duty Boots item.

El Trueno the Electivire - Given to Alexander from a friend who had an extra Elekid egg, Alexander would use them on his team after they had hatched, and is now one of the more powerful members on Alex's team. El Trueno has a Hasty nature, the Motor Drive ability, it also knows the moves of Thunder, Flamethrower, Earthquake, and Darkest Lariat and holds a Life Orb.

Sapphire the Alolan Ninetales - Alex had gained Sapphire by trading a Kantonian Vulpix for a Alolan Vulpix in Celadon City, Alex would try and set up Sapphire to be a good member of the team. their nature is that of Timid, with the Snow Warning ability, and the moves of Aurora Veil, Encore, Freeze-Dry, and Moon Blast, and is holding some Light Clay

Mercury the Melmetal - Alex had gained Mercury through delivering a special package to a special Pokémon Preserve located in Fuchsia city as a form of payment by the pokemon preserve saying that "this pokemon needs a good trainer to take care of it", so Alex took them in and takes good care of them. Mercury has a Brave Nature, the ability Iron Fist, and the moves Double Iron Bash, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, and Superpower. Mercury also holds the Choice Band held Item.

Gary the Gyarados - gained as a Magikarp while on route 6, Alexander would help Gary get powerful enough to where they could evolve into Gyarados. their nature is Jolley, they have the Moxie ability, and the moveset of Dragon Dance, Waterfall, Earthquake, and Ice Fang. and they have the Covert Cloak

Terra the Rhyperior - caught while Terra was still a Rhyhorn in Cerulean Cave, Terra is the last pokemon on Alex's team to have been trained up but is useful to be used. they have an adamant nature, the ability of Solid Rock, and the moves Earthquake, Stone Edge, Swords Dance, and Stealth Rock. and Terra does have the Leftover held item

Other Information for the Character

Though not shown in the picture above but Alexander does have a Courier bag that he carries his Deliveries in, He also has some luggage space on his motorcycle (which in my head looks like either a Harley Davidson or Ford Design) so that he can have some spaces to carry around some bigger packages than what his bag can carry

When doing his job as a Courier, Alex only picks up packages/letters from wherever he is in if the packages are going to the same place he is going to, additionally in order for the package to go with Alexander, the person who wants to send the package or letter needs to pay a small fee and fill out a form, and if the form in question is filled out completely Alexander does stamp it five times and signs it at the bottom before taking the letter/package into his courier bag or his motorcycle's storage

so sort of a follow up on the last point but if a person wants Alexander to deliver something that is not in the town or city that he is going to next but it is on the way then he will add on a small fee on top of his usual faire since he does have to go onto a small detour but if the town/city is not on his way to his next destination then he will respectfully decline the delivery job

Though he does know how to cook, Alex does often times go into restaurants to sit in and enjoy a nice hot meal since often times he can get to busy to cook so hence why he often times goes to a restaurant whenever he has a chance

Though he doesn't often get into many fights, Alexander does often take on battles from any challenger that comes his way, with the understanding that whoever wins just gets some pocket change the other person has on them
