starting HRT doesn't have to be a huge momentous all-or-nothing decision. you can just try it like you would an antidepressant you've been informed of the risks of.

there won't be any immediate irreversible changes overnight. you can always stop, change your dose, change your delivery system, decide it's not the right time. you can even microdose if you want to.

you don't have to tell anyone. you don't have to announce it if you don't want to.

stop waiting for a perfect time in your life because it won't come.

stop waiting to reach a mythical level of certainty that never comes to anyone, for anything.

you've been thinking about it long enough. if you have the opportunity, just give it a shot. you're worth the courage it takes to make a change in your life.

и над фигуркой V1 я по прежнему работаю, остались лишь крылья(и их увы будет лишь 6, у меня не получилось ��местить 4 шарнир...)

I’ve been in contact with Nader @abdalsalam1990 daily for over a month now to try to help spread his family’s fundraiser. In the time I’ve known him, he has lost several relatives, most recently he received the tragic news yesterday (15.11.24) of his uncle and cousin being martyred. Nader is only 17 years old and has been displaced nine times, and he is terrified for his and his family‘s safety every day. Even while grieving the loss of his relatives, they don’t have peace because the violence never stops, and he’s very scared that him and his family could be next. Every day in Gaza is dangerous.

He works hard to spread the fundraiser his brother Abdulsalam made for their family, to buy food and clothing for the winter, and eventually save up to evacuate to safety. They desperately need help to leave Gaza because his father has cancer that is not being treated because medicine is expensive and the treatment he needs isn’t available in Gaza, and Nader’s niece and Abdulsalam’s little daughter Iman is only one year old and is suffering from malnutrition.

This fundraiser has €46,451 raised out of the €50,000 goal, only €3,549 left to meet their goal! Please please don’t let it slow down now. Donations have already slowed down and this is really scary for the family to see. If you have anything to give them, please do, your donation will be a part of helping this family survive. Nader and his family has already lost so much, don’t let them lose any more
