(suspected)avpd culture is feeling like you're almost unable to be yourself around others, so you start to question if you even have a "self". and you also feel like you're kinda manipulating others because you make others believe a version of yourself that isn't that real by lying about trivial things about you almost compulsively. and because of that you don't feel like you had any real relationship besides that one sibling you're really close to because no one actually knows you. it's less about being social and more about performing. maybe to make up for my lack of self. and then if it really gets unbearable in some cases I would just ghost them. it's like i've always been destroying relationships that I actually valued left and right just because I was so ashamed of my real self
