Hey all! Just a little intro since I see a lot of people doing this. Also I feel like I should share some of my interests so you could get to know me <3

My name is Riley, I’m a bisexual woman but any preferred pronouns are alright. I enjoy music, and anything horror related.

My favorite movies / shows are Perfect blue, Donnie Darko, No Country for Old Men, The Truman Show, The exorcist franchise, and American Horror Story.

Some of my more online interests are The third parent, commentary channels ( Danny Gonzalez, Kurtis Conner, Joe Bartolozzi, Papa Meat etc.) creative works and modeling shoots. I’m into a lot of older 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s fashion and art. I’m also really invested in Ashur Gharavi and his works, his series and characters bring me a large sense of comfort.

Some of my favorite artists are Alex G, Tyler the Creator, Type O Negative, and Nirvana. I’ve been a fan of Alex G and Nirvana for about 5 years now, and their music as really helped me through some tough times in my life.

I’m in to all types of music, but mostly goth metal, r&b, and experimental music.

There’s so much more things about me that I think are interesting, but I just wanted to make a short little summary about the things I like and enjoy. Thank you all for liking and supporting the limited work I’ve put out here so far, I’ll continue to put out more stuff on this app, love you guys <3

Just watched “The Mourner” video that Ashur posted and oh my gosh, it’s so good. But I have so much to say about the father.

I genuinely believe that the father is one of the most unsettling characters that Ashur has ever written. Everything about him is just undoubtedly unnerving.

For starters, he obviously has Münchausen  syndrome by proxy, forcing his son to drink rat poison to keep him ill. Just that in itself is already disturbing enough, since the son clearly had zero idea that this was happening until the very end, also signifying that this has been happening for years when the father says,”it used to calm you down when you were a kid,” referring to the tomato soup with poison.

Besides the plot twist with the father at the end, just the general way he treats his son is weird and concerning. The snarky remarks he makes towards his son, saying,”I’m here to take care of you.. even if you’re leaving for collage in a few years.” Obviously the son isn’t gonna leave for collage any time soon, he’s literally on the verge of death and the dad knows that. It just shows how little he cares about his son, saying such insensitive things towards his dying son.

Also, how Roshan is constantly seeing this black figure in their house, even pointing it out to his father and yet he never cares or shows any interest in helping his son. Just shows how he only views his son as something he can use, never seeing him as a human.. it’s really just disturbing.

I probably didn’t get all of it, but jeez this character is really good in my opinion. Very much reminds me and I think a lot of us of Gypsy Rose’s mother who also had Münchausen syndrome.. just overall a really interesting video from Ashur, making great videos as usual.

Just saw Ashur post on his instagram that he was making a script for a new video and it had the photo of “My Strange Roommate.” I’m honestly hoping that he makes a new MSR episode cause they’re so interesting and creative.

If he did, I wonder what it would be about though. I would honestly love to see an episode describing Adam’s job, I feel like that would be so fun.

Idk just kinda expressing my love for the My Strange Roommate series cause I think it’s one of his bests :) So excited to see what he posts!!
