I have their entire story written here (12.6K Words) , here, a recap of how they met :

Through what was supposed to be a business deal between Rick and Lynn: Morty gets an amazing birthday party in Lynn's world, C-420D, the latter choose to kidnap the grandson now both parties are in shambles.

Rick saves Morty , destroying Lynn's HR building in process and fucks off with a warning. This however just interests made Lynn quite curious to see how a man can be so mentally ill .

He left a card of his number in Rick's pocket when the building collapsed without the other knowing.

A few days later...

Rick one day got so so drunk, so off his rocks that he decided to call Lynn. He rambled and rambled to the other man that he just accepted it when Lynn invited him to a bar to continue their talk.

They somehow talk their way into getting themselves into marriage, a proposal from Lynn.

That's how they met! Pretty romantic
